Four purposes

Host, thank, mark the moment.

Most of the briefs we receive come down to four intentions. Tell us which one is yours — the rest of the conversation follows from there.

What we orchestrate

One point of contact, the whole chain.

You describe the objective and the number of guests. We assemble what needs assembling, and coordinate the rest.

Hospitality stands and terraces overlooking a harbour.

The status of each access — official programme, operator hospitality or authorised resale — depends on the event and the option chosen. We tell you before you commit, never after.

Fixtures

Events that host well.

A short list of fixtures where corporate hospitality genuinely belongs. Each page details the formats, the locations and what can actually be confirmed.

Your corporate context carries across from page to page: you will not have to state it twice.

Formats

Three architectures, never three packages.

Every programme is built from your brief. These three formats are a starting point, not a price list.

Why TGZ

What you will not have to handle.

One conversation, held by one person, from the brief to the last car pulling away.

A dedicated contact

The same person follows your file end to end. You never explain twice.

End-to-end coordination

Access, accommodation, transport and dining are designed together — not stacked.

Trilingual service

French, English, Spanish — for you and for your guests.

Confidentiality

Names, amounts and programmes stay between us. That is the rule, not an option.

Proposals built from the brief

We start from your objective and your constraints, never from a catalogue.

International network

Europe, the Middle East and the Americas — a network built event by event.

Support before and during

Reachable in the run-up, present or relayed on site on the day.

Guests from several countries

Different arrivals, languages and formalities coordinated within a single programme.

Business invoicing

Company invoicing, EU VAT number, itemised quote before you commit.

How it works

Four steps, no detour.

    Receive curated options

A short, reasoned selection — with what can be confirmed and what cannot.

  3. 03

    Confirm the programme

Itemised quote, clear terms, one commitment rather than three.

    TGZ coordinates every guest

Arrivals, access, transfers, dining. Your only task is to be there.

Partners

You organise for your own clients.

Frequently asked

What companies ask us.

The major international fixtures in sport and culture — tennis, Formula 1, football, American sports, golf, festivals and fashion weeks — along with the private programmes built around them. If an event is not on the site, ask us: we will tell you plainly whether we can reach it.

Yes. We regularly coordinate groups from a handful of guests to several dozen. Beyond that, feasibility depends mostly on the event and the lead time — we check before proposing anything.

Yes. Accommodation, private transfers, private aviation and rotations between venues are part of the same proposal, with a single invoice and a single point of contact.

Yes. Staggered arrivals, different languages, separate formalities: this is the most common corporate case. Each guest receives their own information, in their own language.

Depending on the event, yes. Boxes, suites and private spaces exist at some of the fixtures we cover; availability varies from edition to edition and is checked at the time of your enquiry.

Yes, and often. We work one step behind, you keep the relationship with your client, and white-label collaboration is possible case by case.

It depends on the event and the option chosen. Some formats come from official hospitality programmes or approved operators; others come through authorised resale channels. We never present our whole offer as official: the origin, status and conditions of each option are confirmed to you before you commit.

Earlier is always better, especially for boxes, suites and larger groups, where inventory is limited by nature. Late requests do come together regularly, with less choice. We will tell you at the first exchange whether your timing is realistic.

The form on this page is enough. A TGZ specialist comes back to refine the brief, then sends a selection of options with the detail of what can be confirmed.

Entirely. The formats shown here are starting points: the final composition is built around your objective, your budget and your calendar constraints.

First exchange

Let's talk about your next event.

A three-line brief is enough to begin. We come back to you with what is genuinely possible.
