TGZ Conciergerie
A dining room in service in the evening: pale linen, table lamps, a waiter in motion.
Our worlds

A request, and what it becomes

Eight worlds of service. For each one, an ordinary request — and the answer the house gives it.

Eight worlds · Six cities · Three languages

Every request is unique; none is foreign to us.

A service is not judged on what it promises, but on what it produces. The eight worlds that follow therefore begin with an example: an ordinary request, and the answer the house gives it.

None of these examples is a client case. They are requests as they reach us, written in general terms: no name, no date, no amount. Prices do not appear either — they depend on the date and the place, and are set by quotation.

What is obtained

Four worlds where the work is to open a door: a table, a seat, a room, and a request that does not yet have a name.

Horseshoe auditorium, tiers of gilded boxes and a painted stage curtain.

The request

A table tonight, at a house that is fully booked.

The answer

It goes through the house, not through public booking. The table is obtained, the private room if you wish, the menu and the pairings composed before you walk in.

The request

Two seats for an evening announced as sold out.

The answer

Access runs through the boxes and the rows that never go on sale. You receive the seat, the entrance to use and the time to arrive; the transfer and the table afterwards are already set.

The request

To see a collection without seeing it over other people's shoulders.

The answer

The visit opens outside public hours, with a guide or a curator beside you, at your own pace. Some houses are not open to visitors: they are opened for you.

The request

A request that does not yet have a name.

The answer

It is carried, quietly, to those who can answer it. You get an answer — yes, no, or on what terms. Never a waiting list.

Treatment room made ready, white linen and a dressed table, no one yet.

What is arranged

Four worlds where the work is to prepare the ground: a place, a journey, an hour to yourself, a departure with others.

The request

A house for August that appears on no website.

The answer

The selection is made off market; the negotiation and the contract go through us. The house is handed over alive: chef, housekeeper, driver as you need them, provisions done, concierge on site throughout the stay.

The request

To be in Monaco before lunch.

The answer

Aircraft, crew and private terminal are booked together; the car waits at the foot of the steps. From Nice, the helicopter takes seven minutes.

The request

Two hours to yourself, without going out.

The answer

The practitioner comes to the villa, the suite or on board, with their own equipment, at the hour you set. A single session can become a course; your contact does not change.

The request

Travelling as a family of four with nothing resting on us.

The answer

A qualified, trilingual nanny, connecting suites, a chef who also cooks for the youngest, secure transfers: the children's programme is written before departure. So is the parents'.

A quotation accompanies every request. It depends on the date, the place and the season, and it is given to you before any commitment.

A table laid after dark, the room still empty.

Everything is settled before you arrive.

Our approach

The same mechanics, eight times

Eight worlds, one single way of working. It is what makes the eight examples above repeatable.

  1. 01A date, a placeWe start with what can be verified — the date, the city, the number of people. Everything else is calibrated afterwards.
  2. 02The direct callThe request goes to those who decide — houses, owners, organisers — and not into a public queue.
  3. 03One single contactYou have only one name to remember: your adviser's. Behind them, an entire house and hundreds of chosen partners move into action — without your ever having to ask twice.
  4. 04The quotation, with its conditionsEvery service is set by quotation. Availability, provenance and conditions of each option are confirmed before any commitment.
  5. 05What is not possible is saidA request beyond reach is announced as such. A clear no is worth more than a wait.
  6. 06What follows is already plannedThe transfer, the table afterwards, the journey home: what surrounds the request is prepared before you have to think about it.

Before we begin

What we say before we begin

An availability we announce has been obtained.

We do not announce what we have not confirmed: the provenance and conditions of each option are verified before any commitment.

A price is a quotation, never a rate card.

It depends on the date, the place and the season, and it is given to you before you commit.

What happens with you does not leave this house.

No name, no address, no request is quoted as an example — including on this page. That is why the eight demonstrations above carry neither date nor signature.

The House

Live the exception

Access to the House is by request. Introduce yourself; we will do the rest.
