The Cannes Film Festival in VIP: a fully orchestrated stay on the Croisette

Palace or villa, a yacht moored off the Croisette, private parties and gala screenings through private invitations — one point of contact composes your twelve festival days.

Every May, Cannes becomes the world capital of cinema for twelve days. The Palais des Festivals hosts the Official Selection and the ascent of the 24 steps, the bay fills with yachts, the palace hotels of the Croisette sell out and the nights unfold by invitation only. TGZ Conciergerie is an independent luxury concierge house: we orchestrate your entire Cannes stay — accommodation, yacht, evenings, screenings where possible, private aviation, security and styling — so that all you have to do is live the festival.

In practical terms: the 80th Festival de Cannes runs from Tuesday 11 to Saturday 22 May 2027 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, 1 boulevard de la Croisette. Gala screenings take place in the Grand Théâtre Lumière (around 2,300 seats), with evening dress required, while the Competition contests the Palme d'or alongside Un Certain Regard, Out of Competition screenings and the parallel sections. Our complete guide to the Cannes Film Festival sets out the full picture — selection, calendar, venues — before we compose your programme day by day.

TGZ Conciergerie is affiliated with neither the Festival de Cannes, nor the AFFIF, nor the Palais des Festivals, nor the Marché du Film, and holds no official status. Official accreditation is reserved for film and press professionals and cannot be bought; invitations to gala screenings are nominative and non-transferable. We work exclusively through partners and private invitations, subject to availability and eligibility: no access to the steps or to official parties can ever be guaranteed. All rates quoted are indicative, in euros (€), and confirmed on quotation.

Your Cannes Film Festival, composed to measure

From the tender that lands you at the Vieux Port to the last party on a private beach, every element of your stay is sourced, coordinated and held together by a single point of contact. Here is what we compose.

01

Red carpet & gala screenings

The ascent of the 24 steps and the gala screenings in the Grand Théâtre Lumière (around 2,300 seats) form the ceremonial heart of the festival. Official invitations are nominative and non-transferable: they cannot be bought. TGZ works exclusively through legitimate private channels — partners, fashion houses, production companies, brands — to open a gala seat where possible, subject to availability and eligibility, and never on a firm promise. Evening dress is required after dark — black tie or a gown — and our styling service takes care of it down to the final fitting.

02

Yacht & the Croisette

During the festival, the bay of Cannes becomes an address in its own right. We charter your yacht at the Vieux Port or Port Canto, or at anchor facing the Croisette — berths are in extreme demand and are reserved far in advance. On board: full crew, private chef, tenders reaching the Palais in minutes, receptions and dinners for your guests. As an indication, allow from €15,000 to €80,000+ per day depending on size, and from €100,000 to over €1M for the week, on quotation.

03

Palace hotels & Riviera villas

We reserve your suite in the palace hotels of the Croisette — Carlton Cannes, Hôtel Martinez, Le Majestic or JW Marriott, cited for illustration — or at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes. For greater privacy, a fully staffed villa in Super-Cannes, La Californie, Cap d'Antibes or Mougins. During the festival, allow as an indication from €3,000 to €25,000+ per night for a suite (minimum stays are common) and from €40,000 to €300,000+ per week for a villa, on quotation. Our guide Where to stay during the Cannes Film Festival compares every option.

04

Private parties & galas

Cannes nights unfold by invitation: dinners hosted by fashion houses and brands, production parties on the private beaches and in the hillside villas, and the great charity evenings — such as the amfAR gala at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, where access runs through tables and donations in five or six figures, subject to eligibility. We approach our partners to introduce you where possible, subject to availability, and compose your own receptions in parallel: dinner aboard your yacht, a table at La Palme d'Or or the privatisation of a Croisette beach.

05

Complete logistics: aviation, chauffeurs, security, styling

For twelve days the Croisette is partially closed and saturated: every journey needs planning. We orchestrate it all — private jet via Nice Côte d'Azur (around 27 km away, 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic, longer during the festival) or Cannes-Mandelieu for smaller aircraft, the Nice–Cannes helicopter link in around ten minutes (approximately €500 to €900 per person), a dedicated chauffeur (approximately €900 to €1,800 per day), discreet close protection and personal styling with fittings in your suite. Indicative rates, on quotation, with timings set to your programme.

Why TGZ

Why entrust your Cannes Film Festival to TGZ

Our craft is not selling a single service, but orchestrating twelve festival days as one movement. A single point of contact composes your stay day by day — suite or villa, yacht, screenings where possible, parties, transfers, security, styling — and absorbs all of the logistics. You land in Nice; everything else is already in place, from the tender that sets you down at the Vieux Port to the table reserved on rue Saint-Antoine, in the Suquet.

TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house: we are affiliated with neither the Festival de Cannes, nor the AFFIF, nor the Palais des Festivals, nor the Marché du Film. Official accreditation is reserved for film and press professionals and cannot be bought; official invitations are nominative and non-transferable. We only open the steps, the gala screenings and the major parties through partners and private invitations, subject to availability and eligibility — never on a firm promise. That candour is precisely what protects our clients.

Cannes is prepared months in advance: berths, Croisette suites and the finest villas are taken very early. To refine your plans, our complete guide to the Cannes Film Festival sets the scene, How much does a VIP Cannes Film Festival cost prices each element, Where to stay during the Cannes Film Festival compares palaces and villas, How to get to the Cannes Film Festival organises jets, helicopters and chauffeurs, and our dress code guide prepares your gala wardrobe. From there, we build your bespoke quotation together.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. Official accreditation is reserved for film and press professionals, and invitations to gala screenings are nominative and non-transferable: no ticket is legally sold. TGZ works through legitimate private channels — partners, fashion houses, production companies, brands — to open a seat where possible, subject to availability and eligibility, and never on a firm promise. Our guide How to attend the Cannes Film Festival sets out every route honestly.

As an indication, for May 2027: a Croisette palace suite from €3,000 to €25,000+ per night (minimum stays are common), a villa from €40,000 to €300,000+ per week, a yacht charter from €15,000 to €80,000+ per day, a dedicated chauffeur from €900 to €1,800 per day, and the major charity evenings in five or six figures. All of these orders of magnitude are indicative and confirmed on quotation; our guide How much does a VIP Cannes Film Festival cost breaks them down line by line.

On the Croisette, minutes from the Palais: Carlton Cannes, Hôtel Martinez, Le Majestic or JW Marriott, cited for illustration. In Antibes, the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc remains the address of the great evenings. To entertain in complete privacy, a staffed villa in Super-Cannes, La Californie, Cap d'Antibes or Mougins. Minimum stays are common during the festival; our guide Where to stay during the Cannes Film Festival compares each option, location by location.

Nice Côte d'Azur airport lies around 27 km away — 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic, longer during the festival. Private aviation also uses Cannes-Mandelieu, restricted to smaller aircraft, and the Nice–Cannes helicopter link takes around ten minutes. Cannes railway station is in the town centre. With the Croisette partially closed and saturated, every journey needs planning; our guide How to get to the Cannes Film Festival compares jets, helicopters and chauffeurs, with indicative budgets.

For evening galas at the Grand Théâtre Lumière, evening dress is required: black tie for gentlemen, an evening gown for ladies. By day, elegant attire suffices. Selfies have been forbidden on the steps since 2018. Our personal styling service prepares your wardrobe in advance — fittings in your suite, alterations, accessories — and our Cannes Film Festival dress code guide details the conventions, screening by screening.

As early as possible. The 80th Festival runs from 11 to 22 May 2027, and berths, Croisette suites, Cap d'Antibes villas and dedicated chauffeurs are taken months in advance. Requests for private invitations are cultivated over time and are only ever confirmed subject to availability. A bespoke quotation can nonetheless be prepared at any moment, subject to availability at the time of the request.
