Saint-Tropez is best lived in a villa: in the hills of Ramatuelle or among the vines of Gassin, with a pool, a view of the bay, chef, butler and crew. We also offer fine hotel addresses — Cheval Blanc St-Tropez on the Bouillabaisse beach, the Hôtel Byblos on Avenue Paul Signac in the heart of the village, La Réserve Ramatuelle above Pampelonne. Depending on the season and the size of the party, we find the right balance between the privacy of a house and the service of a palace.

From haute cuisine to tables by the sea

In Saint-Tropez, you dine as happily with your feet in the sand as at a great chef's table. La Vague d'Or at Cheval Blanc, three stars facing the bay; Cucina, the Italian table of the Hôtel Byblos; La Voile, two stars, at La Réserve Ramatuelle. We can often secure a corner table, a private menu or a last-minute lunch when public booking shows full — and we tell you when it cannot be done.

Pampelonne by day, Les Caves du Roy by night

On Pampelonne, Club 55 — born, so the story goes, during the filming of And God Created Woman — and its neighbour Loulou Ramatuelle set the pace of long lunches by the water. The front row cannot be booked online; we ask for it on your behalf, usually with success. In the evening, Les Caves du Roy, at the Byblos since 1967: a reserved table, a prepared welcome, until late.

Yachts, charters and days at sea

In Saint-Tropez, the sea is part of the stay. We charter yachts by the day or the week, with crew, to the red rocks of the Estérel or the Lérins Islands off Cannes. A tender from your anchorage, lunch on board, an anchorage away from the crowd: we coordinate captain, chef and hostess. By sea, the tender sets you down at the foot of the village.

In season, the peninsula road is jammed and a transfer from Nice can take hours. The helicopter from Nice Côte d'Azur airport reaches Saint-Tropez in a few minutes, with welcome and luggage coordinated on the ground. From a yacht at anchor, the tender sets you down at the port. On the peninsula, chauffeurs remain at your disposal. In May, June and September, everything is simpler.

Usually, yes. The front row at Pampelonne cannot be booked online and goes very quickly at the height of summer; our relationships with Club 55 and Loulou Ramatuelle generally allow us to secure sunbeds and waterside tables, July and August included. The earlier the request, the wider the choice.

Yes. We book La Vague d'Or at Cheval Blanc, as well as Cucina at the Byblos and La Voile at La Réserve Ramatuelle, including on much-requested dates. Depending on the venue, lunch or dinner can be arranged at short notice; in high season, it is best to write to us early.

July and August are the heart of the season, lively and much in demand. May, June and September offer the same light and the same sea, with calmer beaches, easier tables and simpler transfers. We help you choose the week that suits you.
