Private parties & VIP events during the Cannes Film Festival

Reach the evenings that matter when access is possible — or create your own, in a villa, on a private beach or aboard a yacht, in complete discretion.

When the curtain falls at the Grand Théâtre Lumière, Cannes begins its second day. From Tuesday 11 to Saturday 22 May 2027, during the 80th Cannes Film Festival, the town becomes the most concentrated night-time stage of the year: charity galas on the Cap d'Antibes, maison dinners in palace suites, pop-up beaches along the Croisette, receptions aboard yachts at anchor in the bay. As much as on the red carpet, this is where the fortnight is truly lived.

Two registers are open to you, and we orchestrate both. The first: reaching existing evenings — major charity galas, maison dinners, studio and brand parties — through the legitimate channels of tables, donations and private invitations. The second: creating your own evening, in your image, in a villa above the town, on a private Croisette beach or aboard a yacht — talent, chef, DJ, staging and security included. In either case, one point of contact: TGZ composes, sources and absorbs the logistics; you simply host.

TGZ Conciergerie is an independent luxury concierge: we are affiliated neither with the Festival de Cannes, nor the AFFIF, nor the Palais des Festivals, nor the Marché du Film, and hold no official status. Invitations to official and maison parties are strictly personal and non-transferable: we work through partners and private invitations where possible, with no guarantee of access. Venues are named for illustration only, and all figures quoted are indicative, in euros, confirmed by bespoke quotation.

Your Cannes evenings, composed to measure

From tables at the great charity galas to an evening we produce entirely for you, these are the five registers we orchestrate during the fortnight — always subject to availability and eligibility.

01

Charity galas — the amfAR example

The great charity evenings are the most legible route into Cannes nightlife — foremost among them the amfAR gala, held at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc (named for illustration). Access is through tables and donations, subject to eligibility, with commitments running to five or six figures. TGZ accompanies you throughout: presenting your application to the organisers, table placement, evening dress, chauffeur or tender transfer to the Cap d'Antibes, and a secure return at any hour.

02

Maison, studio and brand parties

Every edition brings a flowering of luxury-house dinners, studio parties and brand launches, from palace suites to pop-up beaches along the Croisette. These invitations are personal, non-transferable and never sold: we work through partners and private invitations where possible, and never promise access. Depending on your profile and the edition's calendar, we identify the evenings worth pursuing, position your request with the right people, and tell you frankly what is realistic — and what is not.

03

Your own private-villa evening

Rather than waiting for an invitation, many of our clients choose to host. We secure a villa in the hills — Super-Cannes, La Californie or the Cap d'Antibes — and produce the entire evening: creative direction and staging, private chef and brigade, DJ or musicians, talent and performances, a dedicated cellar and white-glove service. The finest properties let from roughly €40,000 to over €300,000 per week during the festival, indicatively and by quotation; the production of the evening itself is priced to the ambition of the format.

04

Private beach or reception aboard a yacht

The Croisette itself can become your drawing room: we privatise a beach club for a dinner on the sand or a cocktail facing the bay. On the water, a reception aboard a yacht at anchor off the Croisette — or berthed at the Vieux Port or Port Canto, moorings in heavy demand during the festival — offers the fortnight's most coveted setting. Allow, indicatively, from €15,000 to over €80,000 per charter day depending on size, excluding event production; our Cannes Film Festival yacht page sets out the options.

05

Discretion & security

A successful Cannes party is one nobody talks about. We frame every reception with a complete protocol: close protection and access control, vetted guest lists, NDAs signed by all staff — chef, service, performers, drivers —, phone management if you wish, and discreet choreography of arrivals and departures. Your name appears nowhere, suppliers do not comment, and the evening remains what it should be: private.

Why TGZ

Why entrust your Cannes evenings to TGZ

An evening during the festival brings together a dozen trades — venue, production, chef, performers, security, transport — in a town where everything is booked months ahead. Our craft is making them hold together: a single point of contact sources the venue, composes the programme, directs the suppliers and choreographs every arrival. You approve the intentions; we absorb the logistics, through to the following morning.

TGZ Conciergerie is independent: we are affiliated neither with the Festival de Cannes, nor the AFFIF, nor the Palais des Festivals, and hold no official status. Invitations to official, maison or studio parties are personal and non-transferable: we pursue them through partners and legitimate private channels where possible, and never guarantee access. That candour is the condition of trust — and all our figures are indicative, in euros, confirmed by quotation.

Cannes rewards anticipation: villas, private beaches and berths are secured well ahead of May 2027, and gala applications are prepared months before the fortnight. To frame your project, our guide How much does a VIP Cannes Film Festival cost sets out the orders of magnitude, our guide Where to stay during the Cannes Film Festival compares palaces and villas, and our Cannes Film Festival dress code guide prepares your evening wardrobe. For the rest of the fortnight, our Cannes Film Festival VIP page orchestrates the stay as a whole.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No — and no one seriously can: these invitations are personal, non-transferable and never sold. We work through partners and private invitations where possible, positioning your request with the right people, without firm promises. We tell you upfront what is realistic for your profile — and where access is not achievable, we compose a private alternative of equivalent standing.

The amfAR gala, held at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc (named for illustration), is a charity evening: access is through tables and donations, subject to eligibility and to the organisers' approval, with commitments running to five or six figures. TGZ prepares your application, manages placement and orchestrates the entire evening — dress, chauffeur or tender, security — though the organisers' decision always remains their own.

Indicatively, for May 2027: an exceptional villa lets from roughly €40,000 to over €300,000 per week, a yacht charter from €15,000 to over €80,000 per day, and tables at the major charity galas involve five- or six-figure commitments. Event production — chef, performers, staging, security — is priced to the format. Every project receives a detailed quotation; our guide How much does a VIP Cannes Film Festival cost sets out the benchmarks.

As early as possible. Hillside villas, private Croisette beaches and berths at the Vieux Port and Port Canto are reserved well ahead of the festival, and gala applications are assembled months before May 2027. Three to six months' lead time allows an unhurried composition; on shorter notice we can still act, subject to availability, with an adjusted scope.

By contract and by method: NDAs signed by all staff — chef, service, performers, drivers, security —, vetted guest lists, access control, close protection where needed, phone management on request and choreographed arrivals to avoid exposure. No supplier comments on the evening, and your name appears on no visible document. Discretion is not an option at our receptions: it is the frame.

It varies with the register: the great galas require formal evening dress — black tie, evening gown — while a villa or on-board reception is usually elegant summer attire, specified by the host. We confirm the exact code for each event and can arrange a stylist, fittings and alterations in Cannes. Our Cannes Film Festival dress code guide details the fortnight's conventions, from the red carpet to the beaches.
