Royal Ascot 2027 takes place from Tuesday 15 to Saturday 19 June, at Ascot Racecourse, in Berkshire: five days of flat racing, seven races each afternoon, opened every day at 2pm by the Royal Procession. Three enclosures can be bought from the racecourse — Queen Anne, Village and Windsor; the Royal Enclosure is reserved for its Members and their guests, by sponsorship, with one defined exception through some hospitality packages. Each enclosure has its own written dress code. Guests arrive by train from Waterloo, by chauffeur-driven car, by helicopter or by jet to Farnborough. TGZ Conciergerie composes the stay — enclosure or hospitality sourced on request, accommodation, travel, attire — without reselling any ticket.
The meeting
Royal Ascot is a five-day flat racing meeting, held every June since Queen Anne chose the site in 1711. Each day, the Royal Procession — the Royal Family's carriage procession in landaus — makes its way up the Straight Mile at 2pm, a tradition dating back to 1825. Seven races follow; the Gold Cup, run since 1807, is contested on Thursday.
After the last race, the Royal Enclosure and the Queen Anne Enclosure gather around the Bandstand to sing along with the military band; in the Village, an after-party continues until 9pm.

Enclosures and hospitality
The Queen Anne Enclosure gives access to the Parade Ring and the Grandstand; the Village Enclosure, from Thursday to Saturday, sits in the centre of the course; the Windsor Enclosure runs along the Straight Mile and welcomes picnics. The Royal Enclosure is reserved for its Members and their guests: we can obtain neither membership nor a guest badge. The racecourse also sells hospitality restaurants and private boxes, some of whose packages include Royal Enclosure admission for the day.
TGZ resells no tickets: we source enclosures and hospitality on request, origin and conditions confirmed before any commitment. Our guide How to Attend Royal Ascot? compares each route.
Stay and logistics
Guests stay in a country house in Berkshire or Surrey, in a hotel near Ascot or in Windsor, or in London. They arrive by train from Waterloo, by chauffeur-driven car, by helicopter to the helipad near the racecourse, or by jet to Farnborough.
