A successful private event rarely comes down to a single supplier. It takes a venue that suits the occasion, a chef or caterer who understands the tone of the evening, guests arriving from several cities, transfers, sometimes a performer, and someone who keeps the whole thing in hand. That is the role we take on.
TGZ Conciergerie is not a production agency: we coordinate, source and deliver with specialist partners chosen for each project — venues, caterers, performers, production teams when the event calls for them. We operate in Paris, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, Dubai and New York, and coordinate events elsewhere in the world when the occasion requires it.
We sell no packages. Every project starts with a conversation about the occasion, the number of guests, the tone you have in mind and what must stay private. We then tell you what is possible, subject to each venue's rules and calendar, before you commit to anything.

We can approach the venue you have in mind and tell you what it allows, subject to its rules and calendar. We never present a venue as settled before it is confirmed; if it is not possible, we suggest comparable alternatives.
From a dinner for a few guests to larger receptions, up to celebrations spread over several days at a destination. What matters is not the size, but the level of care and discretion expected.
