Concierge for Private Aviation Professionals
You run the flight; we take care of everything once the wheels are down. Chauffeurs, accommodation, tables, events and special requests for your passengers, coordinated with the aircraft's actual times.
The flight ends, the stay begins
A private flight is planned to the minute: slot, crew, handling, catering. Then the door opens and the passenger steps into a different kind of logistics, the city's: the car that has to be waiting despite an hour's early arrival, the suite that must be ready sooner than planned, tonight's table, tomorrow's evening. It isn't your business, yet you are often the one being asked.
TGZ Conciergerie works as the on-ground partner of jet brokers, operators, aviation concierge services and FBOs. Our role starts at the terminal exit. In Paris, on the Riviera and in Monaco we are your local specialist, present every day, for arrivals at Le Bourget, Nice, Cannes-Mandelieu or the Monaco heliport. We also operate in Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, Dubai and New York, and coordinate other destinations remotely.
We do not sell flights to your passengers and never touch the aircraft side. The passenger remains your client; within the framework you set, we execute what happens on the ground.

Who we work with
Those who bring passengers to the tarmac
- 01
Private jet brokers
An answer for the client who, while booking the flight, asks where to dine and how to reach the villa.
- 02
Business aviation operators and airlines
A ground extension of your service, without drawing on your operations team.
- 03
Aviation concierge services
A local partner in France and Monaco for passenger requests that go beyond the airport.
- 04
FBOs and business aviation professionals
A natural follow-on to your welcome, when the passenger needs help beyond the lounge.
What we handle
- 01

Chauffeurs and transfers
A chauffeur waiting at the terminal exit when the aircraft actually lands, then every journey of the stay.
- 02

Accommodation ready on arrival
Palace hotels, suites and villas, with check-in moved earlier or later to match the flight, and a room ready on time.
- 03

Tables and evenings
Tonight's table booked around the landing time, private dinners, hard-to-get addresses.
- 04

Major events
Hospitality, boxes and seats around a Grand Prix, a festival or a Fashion Week, with the status of every access established before you commit.
- 05

On-the-ground arrangements
A day at sea, a private visit, a shopping appointment: the passenger's schedule, organised between arrival and departure.
- 06

Special requests
A gift waiting in the suite, a suit altered before dinner, a return brought forward by a few hours.
A single request or a full stay, timed to the flight's actual arrival rather than its schedule.

Why TGZ
A ground partner, not a competitor
Your passenger stays yours
We never offer them a flight, and never approach them outside the agreed framework.
Actual times, not scheduled times
Delay, early arrival, change of airfield: chauffeur, hotel and bookings follow the flight.
One point of contact, at any hour
One named person for your team, reachable 24/7, including on the night of a late arrival.
On the ground, every day
Paris, the Riviera and Monaco worked daily, with the same follow-through in our other cities.

What aviation professionals ask us
No. In this partnership, the flight remains your business. We are not involved with the aircraft or its operation, and we never offer flights to your passengers. Our role starts at the terminal exit.
You send us the programme and its updates; we immediately adjust the chauffeur, the hotel arrival and the day's bookings. A three-hour delay should not cost the passenger their table or their room.
Day to day, arrivals at Paris-Le Bourget, Nice, Cannes-Mandelieu and the Monaco heliport, with no special arrangement with these facilities: we take over at the exit. We also operate in Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, Dubai and New York, and coordinate other destinations remotely.
That is your call. We can be introduced as your ground partner, or stay in the background and work with your team only.
Yes, including while the aircraft is in the air. We tell you quickly what is possible and what is not, before you commit to your passenger.
Tell us about your business, your passengers and the destinations where they land most often. We then agree a simple framework, followed by a first request.

Let's talk about your next arrivals
A few lines about your business are enough for a first conversation, or send us an upcoming flight straight away.
