Billionaire left Taj Dubai in Business Bay and reopened on 25 November 2025 on the 61st floor of Mandarin Oriental Downtown, on Sheikh Zayed Road. The new room is designed like an amphitheatre, with two stages taking turns through dinner.
The menu pairs Italy and Japan: pasta, risotto, fish, sushi. The show, titled Up in the Sky, brings together dancers, acrobats and singers; around 10pm the evening turns livelier and runs late. The venue opens Tuesday to Sunday, in the evening.
Tables near the stages are the most requested, especially at weekends. TGZ, an independent house, passes on your request according to the house's rules, often secures the spot you want, and tells you plainly when the evening is full.
