You reach Ossiano down a marble spiral staircase at the heart of Atlantis, The Palm. Below, the dining room opens onto a vast window where rays and sharks drift past: the resort's aquarium holds some 65,000 marine animals. The light is blue, and conversation quietens on its own.
The creative cooking unfolds as a tasting menu, with several dishes finished at the table. The MICHELIN Guide Dubai kept one star here in its 2025 edition; the 2026 selection is revealed on 6 October 2026. Since Grégoire Berger left at the end of 2024, the kitchen has entered a new chapter.
Tables closest to the glass go quickly. TGZ, an independent house, passes on your request according to the house's rules, often finds a time that works, and says so plainly when the evening you want is full.
