Dining in Dubai: the table at skyscraper height

Dinner atop a tower, or facing the desert, in private.

The experience

Dining & Gastronomy

01

Tables up high

Restaurants high in the towers, tables facing the Burj Khalifa, starred counters in the DIFC: a seat with a view and dedicated service, subject to the house's availability.

02

Dinner in the desert

A gourmet menu under a Bedouin tent, dunes for a horizon, minutes from the city — a rare experience in the emirate.

03

Brunch and private chef

The weekend brunches, a local institution, and a private chef at the villa: we open both faces of Dubai's table.

We request the right seat for you — a table with a view, a chef's counter, a private room — including on slots listed as full, subject to availability and the house's rules, with the service and placement suited to the occasion.

02

Private chef and desert dinner

Beyond the restaurant, we arrange a private chef at the villa, a privatised dinner, and the rare experience of a gourmet dinner in the desert, under a Bedouin tent, minutes from the towers.

A bespoke menu, a cellar carried in, uniformed service, fire and lanterns under the stars: the evening is composed entirely, from the city to the dunes and back.

03

The brunch ritual and the weekend scene

Dubai invented its own rite: the grand weekend brunch, festive and endless, from the Palm resorts to the downtown towers. We request tables and cabanas at very popular addresses, champagne included, subject to availability.

04

From the desert to the marina, a world city

Japanese cuisine in the DIFC, Italian tables on the marina, distinguished Indian addresses, counters on the Palm: Dubai gathers chefs from all over the world within a few kilometres. We compose the gourmet itinerary, car and transfers included.
