Twenty-four steps, one red carpet — and an entire evening composed around them: preparation, chauffeur, protocol and after-gala, orchestrated by a single point of contact.
The climb up the steps of the Palais des Festivals is the most photographed ritual in world cinema: twenty-four steps beneath the flashbulbs, then the doors of the Grand Théâtre Lumière — some 2,300 seats — for a gala screening from the Official Selection, the Competition above all. During the 80th Cannes Film Festival, from Tuesday 11 to Saturday 22 May 2027, that moment must be earned: there is no public box office for the evening galas, and official invitations are issued by name and are strictly non-transferable.
Our role is twofold. First, to pursue a legitimate route in on your behalf — through partners and private invitations where possible: fashion and jewellery houses, production companies, brands and private networks we approach subject to availability and eligibility. Second, to compose the evening itself, the part that depends entirely on us: red-carpet preparation in your suite, a faultless gala wardrobe, a chauffeur and a minute-by-minute choreography, then dinner or a party after the screening. You live the steps; we absorb everything else.

A successful walk up the steps is prepared like a premiere: the route in first, then the preparation, the transport, the protocol and the after-gala. This is how we compose each sequence.
Gala screening & the walk up the steps
The heart of the request: attending a gala screening at the Grand Théâtre Lumière, preceded by the walk up the twenty-four steps. Because official invitations are issued by name and are non-transferable, we work solely through partners and private invitations where possible — houses, production companies, brands — subject to availability and eligibility. Access is never guaranteed without official validation: we tell you from the outset what is realistic for your dates, and build the evening accordingly, including an exceptional alternative plan should no invitation be confirmed.
Red-carpet preparation in your suite
A walk up the steps begins hours before the carpet. In your suite on the Croisette we orchestrate complete personal styling: the gala wardrobe selected in advance or adjusted at the last minute, hair and make-up in your rooms by artists accustomed to Festival evenings, and, by quotation, the loan or acquisition of high-jewellery pieces with the security logistics they demand. You leave your suite ready for the photographers; the entire preparation is timed to the exact hour of your walk.
Chauffeur & the evening's choreography
On a gala evening the Croisette is partly closed and saturated: every journey must be anticipated. Your dedicated chauffeur — approximately €900 to €1,800 per day, as an indication — follows a minute-by-minute route sheet: departure from the suite or villa, a validated itinerary, drop-off as close to the Palais des Festivals as protocol allows at the agreed time, a final briefing before the climb — including the ban on selfies on the steps, in force since 2018 — then collection after the screening towards your dinner or party.
Gala dress code, mastered
The Grand Théâtre Lumière requires evening dress for its galas: black tie for gentlemen, evening gown for ladies — a code enforced rigorously at the entrance. After the gala: dinners & parties
The evening does not end with the credits. We reserve your after-gala table — La Palme d'Or at the Hôtel Martinez or the tables of the Croisette palace hotels, by way of illustration — or extend the night towards the Festival's private parties, where access remains by invitation, subject to availability and eligibility.
