Kensington, 1984

That season, beneath a tent pitched outside the Commonwealth Institute, some fifteen shows followed one another under a single banner for the first time. The week has changed address many times since; it has never stopped showing what comes next.

Three formats

What we compose around your week.

Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built from your brief.

01

Fashion Week stay

The London address and the logistics, for those who already have their programme.

Start from this format

Each format is assembled to measure. Availability and conditions for every service are confirmed before you commit.

Four strands

What we actually organise.

Four distinct pieces of work, taken separately or together. None of them consists of selling a seat at a show.

Every strand is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is held in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.

The evening

From the suite to the last table.

What an evening of the week looks like, composed by us. The show schedule is only published as the week approaches; the rest is prepared with you.

Afternoon
  1. Afternoon

    The fittings

The evening's looks are waiting in the suite, altered if needed. Hair and make-up are timed to the moment you leave; so is the February coat.

  2. Early evening

    Leaving

The car waits outside the hotel. From the Strand to East London the centre thickens at show times; the itinerary already holds the fallback route, and neighbouring addresses are reached on foot.

  3. Evening

    Dinner

A table held for you, set apart, in the half-light. Often the hardest hour of the week to secure.

  4. Later

    The party

A private evening created for you in a townhouse, or an evening event as it is confirmed. We only promise what is.

  5. The night

    The Thames

Your chauffeur brings you back along the river. Tomorrow the week resumes; tonight ends when you decide.

Indicative example: every evening is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no show invitation is part of it.

How we work

All you have to do is dress.

  1. 01

    One point of contact

The same person follows your file from the first exchange to the last evening.

  2. 02

    End-to-end coordination

Address, looks, journeys and evenings are thought through together, not stacked.

  3. 03

    Candour up front

We tell you early what is realistic, rather than late what never was.

  4. 04

    Trilingual service

French, English, Spanish — for you and for your guests.

  5. 05

    Confidentiality

Names, sums and programmes stay between us.

  6. 06

    Private or corporate

The same care, whether the request is personal or comes from a company.

London Fashion Week 2027: Concierge, Stay & Private Events

Your enquiry

Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.

TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house with no official affiliation: we are tied neither to the British Fashion Council, nor to any designer or fashion house, nor to the organisers of London Fashion Week. Shows are professional events attended by nominative invitation, issued by the designers and non-transferable: those invitations are neither sold nor guaranteed, and obtaining one depends on the profile, validated by the designers alone. We sell none of them; we can pass on a request, with no promise. What we do offer are legitimate routes — presentations, showrooms, private appointments — and the whole of the London stay, whose availability is confirmed to you before any commitment.

The detail

What to know before you ask.

Shows are professional events: the invitation is nominative, issued by the designer, non-transferable; British Fashion Council accreditation is reserved for professionals. None of it is for sale, and we do not sell it. What we organise is real and verifiable: the stay, the looks, private appointments where they are possible, the journeys, the tables and the evenings.

Presentations, showrooms, private boutique appointments, a fitting with a Savile Row tailor, and some public-facing events announced close to the dates: London opens wider than people assume during those few days. Many of our clients find those moments more interesting than the few minutes of a show.

The exact dates of February 2027 and the show schedule are only published as the week approaches, and they still move afterwards. So we build the week in two passes: first what does not depend on the schedule — the address, the styling, the evenings — then the days themselves, as soon as the dates settle.

Addresses run from the Strand to Soho, from Mayfair to East London, and the centre thickens at show hours. A dedicated chauffeur following a timed route sheet solves most of it, congestion charge included; between two neighbouring addresses in Soho or Mayfair, a few minutes on foot are often surer than the car.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions

No. The shows on the British Fashion Council schedule are professional, invitation-only events — press, buyers, the designers' clients and guests — with no public ticketing. Invitations are nominative, non-transferable and issued by the designers, and BFC accreditation is reserved for industry professionals: any "show ticket" offered for sale should be treated with real suspicion. Certain editions do announce events open to the public as they approach. TGZ pursues invitations through partners where possible, subject to availability and after review of the client's profile, with no guarantee. Our guide How do you attend London Fashion Week? sets out every route in honestly.

It is built line by line, and each element varies with your choices: the address and category of the suite, or the size of the staffed townhouse (minimum stays are common during the week), the number of days of chauffeur, personal shopping and close protection, the Eurostar or private aviation, the format of your dinners and evenings, the size of your party and how early you book. We prepare a bespoke quotation; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment. Our guide How much does a VIP London Fashion Week cost? explains what shapes each element.

Close to the week's centre of gravity: Mayfair, with Claridge's, The Connaught or The Beaumont, cited for illustration; the Strand, with The Savoy, a few steps from 180 Strand; Park Lane and Hyde Park Corner, with The Dorchester or The Lanesborough; Knightsbridge, with The Berkeley or Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, for greater calm. To entertain in complete privacy, a staffed townhouse in Mayfair, Belgravia or Notting Hill. Minimum stays are common during the week; our guide Where should you stay during London Fashion Week? compares each option, location by location.

The addresses are spread across London — the Strand, Soho, Mayfair, Shoreditch or Hackney, by way of illustration — and central traffic is dense around show times. The answer comes down to anticipation and a dedicated chauffeur: a minute-by-minute route sheet, the Congestion Charge handled by the driver, a fallback route prepared, a second vehicle when the programme requires it — and, between two close addresses in Soho or Mayfair, a short walk that is often quicker than the car. Our guide How do you get around London during Fashion Week? compares every solution.

We tell you early and compose a considered plan B: presentations, some of which are by appointment, private studio and boutique visits subject to availability, a fitting on Savile Row, personal shopping with privileged access where conditions allow, dinners at the fashion world's tables and private evenings created for you. London Fashion Week is also lived — sometimes better — outside the show spaces. Our page Attending a London Fashion Week show: the legitimate route details the realistic routes in, and our page London Fashion Week after-parties: reach them or host your own the alternatives after dark.

As early as possible. The next edition takes place in February 2027; the BFC publishes its exact dates and detailed schedule only as it approaches, but Mayfair suites, staffed townhouses, experienced chauffeurs and sought-after stylists are taken weeks, often months in advance. Invitation requests, for their part, are cultivated over time and are only ever confirmed subject to availability, after review of the client's profile. A bespoke quotation can nonetheless be prepared at any moment, subject to availability at the time of the request.
