Monterey Car Week 2027 takes place in August on the Monterey Peninsula, California, and culminates on Sunday 15 August with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. It brings together historic racing at the Laguna Seca circuit, gatherings — including The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, in Carmel Valley, and the Concorso Italiano, in Seaside —, a free street concours in Carmel-by-the-Sea and auctions. Each event has its own organiser and ticketing. You arrive by jet to Monterey or by scheduled flight to San Francisco or San José, then with a chauffeur. TGZ Conciergerie composes the stay — tickets and hospitality sourced on request, accommodation, journeys — without reselling a ticket or selling an invitation.
The week
Car Week was born in 1950 around the Pebble Beach road races and the concours d'elegance held alongside. The racing moved to the Laguna Seca circuit in 1957; historic racing began there in 1974. Today the week brings together more than one hundred thousand visitors, according to the figures published for 2024.
It has no single organiser: it is a constellation of events, each with its own rules. That is why it needs preparing — and why it is so rich to compose.
Tickets, invitations and auctions
The Laguna Seca circuit sells the racing tickets and its hospitality packages; the Concours organiser sells the Sunday; The Quail allocates its tickets by ballot; Carmel's street concours is free; some evenings are strictly by invitation; each auction house has its own rules.

Stay and logistics
You stay in Carmel Valley, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Monterey or in a villa. You arrive by jet at Monterey Regional Airport, or by scheduled flight to San José or San Francisco, then with a chauffeur, who remains the simple way to get around during the week.

August 2027, with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on Sunday 15 August, a date published by its organiser. The 2027 Laguna Seca racing dates are not yet published; it usually runs from Wednesday to Saturday of the same week.
