Booking a table at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, Monaco or Saint-Tropez is often impossible on the most sought-after dates. TGZ secures the reservations listed as fully booked: Michelin tables, two- and three-star chefs, private dining rooms and rare cellars. You name a city, a date, a desire — we open the door.
Beyond the booking, our fine-dining concierge composes the entire experience: a starred chef privatised at home or in your villa, a private off-site dinner, food-and-wine pairings, a bespoke menu. In Mykonos, Dubai or New York as in Paris, every table is prepared like a score. Services on request, by address and season.
