Heritage in New York: the capital of art, in private

The Met before opening, an auction from behind the scenes.

New York

New York is the world capital of art and of the art market. TGZ Conciergerie opens its doors in private — a Met visit outside public hours, the jewels of the Frick Collection, previews of the Sotheby's and Christie's sales, Chelsea galleries with their dealers and artist studios no one visits alone.

The experience

Heritage & Culture

The Met after hours

America's greatest museum after closing, five thousand years of art without the crowd, a curator to guide you room after room.

MoMA, Frank Lloyd Wright's Guggenheim, the Frick Collection in its mansion, the Whitney: the masterpieces of Manhattan, outside public hours.

03

The art market and galleries

Private previews of the Sotheby's and Christie's sales, a tour of the Chelsea galleries with the dealers, advice from an independent expert.

01

The great museums, outside public hours

The Metropolitan Museum of Art holds five thousand years of creation on Fifth Avenue; MoMA keeps the icons of modern art, the Guggenheim unfolds its Frank Lloyd Wright spiral, the Frick Collection shows Vermeer and Rembrandt in a Gilded Age mansion. We arrange the visit outside public hours, accompanied by a curator.

Deserted galleries, works narrated by those who know them best, access to landmark exhibitions before opening or after closing: New York art is discovered at the highest level, at your pace and to your passions.

02

The art market and the auction houses

New York is the world centre of the art market. We open the private previews of the great sales at Sotheby's, on York Avenue, and at Christie's, at Rockefeller Center — the chance to approach masterpieces before they vanish into collections.

Accompaniment by an independent expert, access to the houses' specialists, advice on an acquisition or a bid: we guide the eye as much as the decision, in complete discretion.

03

The Chelsea galleries and the studios

Chelsea holds the highest density of contemporary art galleries in the world, between the High Line and the Hudson. We arrange the tour with the gallerists, the visit to a living artist's studio, and access to the foundations and private collections the public overlooks.

A confidential preview, a meeting with an artist, the discovery of a private collection on the Upper East Side: the living scene of New York opens to those who are introduced.

04

The cultural day, end to end

Chauffeured car, a curator at the Met in the morning, lunch, a preview at Sotheby's in the afternoon, then the Chelsea galleries at opening hour: we compose the whole day, museum after gallery, so all you do is look.
