Sold-Out Event? Exploring the Options Still Available

The box office shows sold out, the ballot came to nothing, but you still want to be there. We explore the solutions that still exist through our network and specialist partners — and set out the status and terms of each one before you commit.

What we do when everything seems sold out

“Sold out” does not always mean nothing is left. Depending on the event, there may still be places in hospitality programmes, boxes, packages that include entry, or seats returned through channels the organiser has authorised. The difficulty is knowing where to look, and telling a serious option from an empty promise.

That is the role we play. TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house operating in Paris, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, Dubai and New York, and coordinating requests elsewhere in the world, from London to the great capitals of sport and music. We explore the options still available through our network and specialist partners, then coordinate everything around the event: the stay, transfers, arrival and the journey home.

We only offer solutions that comply with the organiser's terms and the regulations of the country concerned. Availability depends on the event, timing and request; sometimes there is no option at all, and we tell you quickly.

Who we work with

Situations we know well

  1. 01

    The public sale has closed

Tickets went in minutes, or the ballot did not go your way. You want to know whether a serious route still exists.

  2. 02

    Several people to bring together

Not one seat but four, six or ten, ideally together, for family, friends or guests you are hosting.

  3. 03

A trip built around the event

You are coming from London, New York or Dubai: entry matters, but so do the hotel, the transfers and the evening that follows.

  4. 04

A moment that will not come round again

A farewell tour, a final, an anniversary edition: an occasion for which you would rather explore every option before giving up.

Options that still exist, and everything around them

What we can coordinate

  1. 01

A box at a stadium concert

When the floor and the stands are full, there are sometimes boxes or hospitality lounges left, with a dedicated welcome and a clear view of the stage.

  2. 02

A terrace above a Grand Prix

A hospitality package that includes circuit entry, a terrace over the straight or a corner, and the stay arranged around race weekend.

  3. 03

    Seats for a major final

Places in a hospitality programme or seats returned through authorised channels, with the status and terms of each option explained before you decide.

  4. 04

A festival or a major cultural occasion

A package that includes entry, a hotel within walking distance, transfers planned around closing times. For invitation-only shows and evenings, we tell you candidly what is realistic.

  5. 05

    A group seated together

Several seats side by side, or a private space, so that family and guests are not scattered around the venue.

  6. 06

Arrival, exit and the way home

A driver waiting at the right gate, a table booked for after the final encore, the hotel told when you will be back: the evening ends as well as it began.

  7. A few situations clients bring to us. For each one, we look for what is genuinely available, explain its status and terms, then coordinate the day.

How requests are handled

Four steps, always in the same order

Understanding the request

The event, the date, the number of people, what really matters to you and how flexible you can be: a few precise questions so we search in the right place.

Searching

We consult our network and specialist partners, considering only solutions that comply with the organiser's terms and the regulations of the country concerned.

Presenting the options and their status

For each option: what it includes, what it is, whether it is in a named holder's name, and its terms. Nothing is committed without your explicit agreement.

Coordinating

Once you have chosen, we arrange everything around it: the stay, transfers, timings and the information passed on to each of your guests.

Frequently asked

What clients ask us about sold-out events

Sometimes, not always. We explore the options still available through our network and specialist partners, with no guarantee of availability. The outcome depends on the event, timing and request, and we tell you honestly as soon as we know.

Depending on the event: places in hospitality programmes, boxes, packages that include entry and a stay, or seats returned through channels the organiser has authorised. Each option is presented with what it is and its terms.

Yes, it is a condition of our work. We only offer solutions that comply with the organiser's terms and the regulations of the country concerned. Some tickets are issued in the holder's name and cannot be transferred: in that case, we tell you so and we do not work around the rule.

We tell you quickly, so you can make other plans. Where it makes sense, we suggest a serious alternative: another date on the tour, another session, or a related experience around the same occasion.

As early as possible. The earlier a request reaches us, the more options there tend to be. Some solutions do appear closer to the date; we keep searching then, without ever promising you an outcome.

Concerts, sport, festivals, major cultural and international occasions. We operate in Paris, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Mykonos, Dubai and New York, and coordinate requests elsewhere in the world; beyond these cities, we work with specialist partners on the ground.

A first request

Is there a sold-out event you would hate to miss?

A few lines are enough: the event, the date, the number of people. We come back to you with what is still possible, and on what terms.
