On the east coast of Mykonos, near Kalafatis, Agia Anna beach is quieter than those of the south. Spilia stands there in a sea cave: tables set on the rock a few steps from the water, and a seawater pool holding sea urchins and lobster until they are ordered.
The house says it has been here for more than thirty years. The menu follows the catch: oysters, grilled fish, seafood pasta, plates to share. Lunch runs long, swimsuits still damp, or dinner arrives as the light leaves the bay. It opens for the season — in 2026 from late May.
