We secure the most coveted tables and sunbeds, including at sunset on full slots, with the right placement and service. In July and August, book several days ahead.

For the villa or the yacht deck, we bring a private chef who composes a Mediterranean menu of island produce and the day's catch, sommelier and service included, as the sun sets over Delos.

Reinvented Greek cuisine, a cellar of rosés and Santorini assyrtiko, discreet service beneath the bougainvillea: the evening is composed bespoke, from the morning market to the last plate.
