Nammos at Psarou, Scorpios at Paraga, Principote at Panormos, Matsuhisa at the Belvedere, the sea cave of Spilia at Agia Anna: the Mykonos table plays out by the sea, and the good positions go quickly once the season opens.
We request tables and sunbeds for you, including at sunset, with the right placement and service, subject to availability and the house's rules. In July and August, book several days ahead.

For the villa or the yacht deck, we bring a private chef who composes a Mediterranean menu of island produce and the day's catch, sommelier and service included, as the sun sets over Delos.
Reinvented Greek cuisine, a cellar of rosés and Santorini assyrtiko, discreet service beneath the bougainvillea: the evening is composed bespoke, from the morning market to the last plate.
