César Ritz opened his hotel at 15 Place Vendôme in 1898, in an eighteenth-century town house. After four years of works it reopened in 2016; it has 142 rooms and suites, half of each, arranged around a large inner garden.
L'Espadon, the fine-dining room led by Eugénie Béziat since 2023, has held one Michelin star since 2024. Bar Hemingway, small and panelled, is still where the evening ends; the spa and pool are on the lower level.
TGZ is an independent house with no connection to the hotel. We request the room or suite that suits you, arrange the hotel's tables and what happens beyond its walls.
