Since 2015, Guy Savoy has received guests on the first floor of the Hôtel de la Monnaie, on the Quai de Conti. Six salons open onto one another, tall windows frame the Seine and the Louvre beyond, and contemporary art hangs on the walls. It feels like an eighteenth-century residence rather than a dining room.
The cooking stays true to the house: clear flavours, carefully built sauces and a few dishes regulars have asked for over many years, such as the artichoke and black truffle soup. The restaurant has held two Michelin stars since 2023, after more than twenty years at three.
TGZ has no connection with the restaurant. We request the table, the time and, if you wish, a salon of your own, subject to availability and the house's rules.
