The address and the logistics, for those whose programme — or invitation — is already in hand.

What we arrange
Independent house · not affiliated with the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures or the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

Los Angeles, 1939
At the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue, a department store opens its doors: the May Company, in the Streamline Moderne style of its day. For decades, people come here to shop.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. None includes a table, a seat or access to the gala. Availability and terms for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four parts
Four distinct undertakings, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of entering the gala.
Each part is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The evening
The gala takes place at the museum, among its guests. Here is what your own evening looks like, composed by us.

The evening's look waits in the suite, altered if needed. Hair and make-up are timed to the hour of departure; so is a wrap, for October evenings turn cool.
The car waits outside the hotel. That night, Wilshire Boulevard is busy around the museum; the route was reviewed that very morning.
A table held for you, set apart, in soft half-light. Part of the industry is in town that weekend; yours was reserved long ago.
A private evening created for you, in a villa in the hills or a hotel salon. We promise you only what is confirmed.
The chauffeur brings you back through the hills, the city lit below. In the days ahead, the museum awaits; your visit is already planned.
An indicative example: each evening is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no table or access to the gala is part of it.

Our way of working
The same person follows your request from the first exchange to the last evening.
Address, looks, tables and evenings are considered together, not stacked.
We tell you early what is realistic — and that the gala itself cannot be booked through us.
French, English, Spanish — for you as for your guests.
Names, figures and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or made by a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are not linked to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures or the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The Academy Museum Gala is a benefit evening whose tables and seats are offered by the museum itself; we resell none and promise no access. We arrange the stay in Los Angeles around the evening — hotel, chauffeur, tables, private evenings, styling, a visit to the museum when it is open to the public — with availability confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
The Academy Museum Gala is a benefit evening: its tables and seats are offered by the museum itself to its patrons and partners — studios, houses, companies — who invite their own guests. There is no public box office. We resell no table and promise no invitation; anyone wishing to support the museum should approach it directly. What we arrange is real and verifiable: the hotel, the looks, the tables, the private evenings, the museum visit.
The museum is closed to the public on the day of the gala. On other days, it opens Wednesday to Monday, from 10 am to 6 pm, with advance booking advised. It brings together the former 1939 May Company department store and a glass sphere designed by Renzo Piano. We set your visit at calm hours.
The sixth edition takes place on Saturday 17 October 2026: time is short, and we tell you frankly what remains available. For the following edition, the museum has not yet announced anything; the gala is usually held in October. We then build the stay in two stages: first what does not depend on the date, then the evenings themselves once it is published.
The area around the museum receives the arriving guests and traffic is heavy in the early evening. If you are invited, we set the departure time and the pick-up point; if not, your evening takes place elsewhere in the city, away from the boulevard.

It is composed item by item, and each varies with your choices: the neighbourhood and category of the suite or the size of the villa, the length of stay, the flight, the days of chauffeur and stylist, the format of the dinners and the private evening, the size of the group and the timing of the booking. We prepare a tailored quote, with no table or seat at the gala.
