Venice Stay
The address and the logistics, for those who already have their programme.
Start from this format
Venice · 8 May – 21 November 2027
What we arrange
An independent house · no affiliation with La Biennale di Venezia

Venice, 1895
That year, the city opened a first international art exhibition in its gardens in Castello. The national pavilions would follow, then architecture, set up in 1980 in the old rope works of the Arsenale.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. Availability and conditions for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four areas
Four distinct areas of work, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of selling an accreditation.
Each area is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The day
What a day in Venice during the Biennale looks like, composed by us. Nothing is fixed; everything is prepared with you.

Light on the water, the day's programme on the table. The boat waits at the landing stage; the coffee does not.
Arrival by water at opening time. The pavilions at your own pace, a guide if you wish; lunch waits away from the crowd.
The Arsenale, or a foundation on the Grand Canal. In between, the boat avoids the crowded quaysides.
A table held for you, set apart, in the half-light. In Venice, often the first thing to be booked.
A reception if the invitation is confirmed, or a dinner created for you in a private salon. We only promise what is.
Indicative example: every day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no accreditation is part of it.

How we work
The same person follows your file from the first exchange to the last evening.
Address, visits, boat and evenings are planned together, not stacked one on another.
We tell you early what is realistic, rather than late what was not.
French, English, Spanish — for you and for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or made on behalf of a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are linked neither to La Biennale di Venezia, nor the participating countries, nor the organisers of the collateral events, nor the foundations mentioned. The pre-opening is reserved by La Biennale for accredited press, professionals and holders of certain of its cards: we neither sell nor guarantee any accreditation. Tickets are sold by La Biennale; we can arrange their purchase in your name, subject to availability, without resale. Receptions by invitation are a matter for their hosts: we can pass on a request, without promise. We do, however, offer the entire stay, whose availability is confirmed to you before any commitment.
The details
The pre-opening on 6 and 7 May 2027 is a matter for La Biennale di Venezia: accredited press, professionals and, under the conditions it sets, holders of certain of its cards. We sell no accreditation. Tickets are sold by La Biennale itself; we arrange their purchase in your name where possible, and never resell a ticket. Everything else is real and verifiable: the stay, the visits, the boat, the tables and the evenings.
The Arsenale, the national pavilions housed in the palazzi, the collateral events, then Punta della Dogana, Palazzo Grassi, the Fondazione Prada and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection: the Biennale spreads across the whole city. Many of our clients spend as much time there as at the Giardini.
The exhibition is open to the public from 8 May to 21 November 2027. The opening weeks are livelier; autumn is often calmer, and the light on the lagoon softer. We build the stay starting from your dates, then place visits, foundations and evenings around them.
La Biennale di Venezia also organises a film festival, on the Lido, at the end of the summer. This page covers the International Exhibition — of architecture in 2027, of art in 2028 — at the Giardini, the Arsenale and across the city.
Frequently asked
La Biennale di Venezia announces its 20th International Architecture Exhibition from Saturday 8 May to Sunday 21 November 2027, at the Giardini and the Arsenale, after a pre-opening on 6 and 7 May. The 2026 International Art Exhibition remains open until 22 November 2026; the next one, in 2028, has no published dates yet.
La Biennale reserves it for accredited press, professionals and, under the conditions it sets each year, holders of certain of its supporter cards. Accreditations are named and cannot be resold. TGZ sells no accreditation; if La Biennale offers a card for 2027 that gives access to the pre-opening, we can arrange its purchase in your name, on its terms. Our guide How to Visit the Venice Biennale? details each route.
It is built element by element, and each one varies with your choices: the address and category of the room, suite or palazzo, the period (opening weeks or autumn), the length of stay, a commercial flight or a private jet, the number of days with a boat and pilot, the format of your dinners and private evenings, the size of your party and how early you book. We prepare a bespoke quote; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment.
In Castello, along the Riva degli Schiavoni, to be as close as possible to the Giardini and the Arsenale; on the Grand Canal, between San Marco and Dorsoduro, for the heart of the city and the foundations; on the Giudecca, facing the city, for calm. A rented palazzo with staff also lets you entertain. Our guide Where to Stay During the Venice Biennale? compares each option.
By air, Venice Marco Polo airport is about thirteen kilometres from the centre, reached by water taxi in about half an hour. By private jet, the airport welcomes business aviation. By train, Venezia Santa Lucia station is linked to Milan in about two and a half to three hours. Our guide How to Get to the Venice Biennale? details each option.
As soon as possible for the opening weeks, in May, and for spring weekends: rooms, boats with pilots and the fine tables go several months ahead. Summer and autumn leave more flexibility. A bespoke quote can be prepared at any time, subject to availability at the time of the request.

You will keep Venice in mind. The rest is ours to handle.
Share your dates, your wishes and what matters to you — Giardini, Arsenale, pavilions, foundations, evenings: we build a bespoke quote, discreet and complete, subject to availability.
