Delegation Stay
Accommodation and logistics, for teams who already have their programme.
Start from this format
Cannes · 21–25 June 2027
What we arrange
An independent house · no affiliation with Cannes Lions or its organiser

Venice, September 1954
An advertising film festival opened in Venice that autumn, its trophy a lion, in homage to the Lion of Saint Mark. Thirty years later, it settled on the Croisette for good.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. Availability and conditions for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four areas
Four distinct areas of work, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of selling a pass or an invitation.
Each area is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The day
What a day of your delegation's week looks like, arranged by us. The programme is drawn up with you; the rest, we hold together.

Delegation breakfast on the terrace, the day's schedules on the table. The shuttle waits at the gate.
Talks and sessions for those with a pass; meetings for the others. Everyone knows where to be, and when.
A tender takes you on board. Your clients join you there, away from the crowd, for a meeting.
A table held for your guests, in the half-light. The seating plan has been worked out with you.
A last drink in the salon, then each guest leaves with their chauffeur. We only promise what is confirmed.
Indicative example: every day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no pass or invitation is sold.

How we work
The same person follows your file from the first exchange to the last evening, for the whole delegation.
Accommodation, passes, receptions and transfers are planned together, not stacked one on another.
We tell you early what is realistic, rather than late what was not.
French, English, Spanish — for your teams and for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is made on behalf of a company or personally.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are linked neither to Cannes Lions, nor to its organiser LIONS, nor to the Informa group, nor to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. Passes are sold by the organiser, in the delegate's name, and their resale is prohibited: we neither sell nor resell any; we can arrange their purchase from the organiser, in each delegate's name. Parties and receptions held by other companies are a matter for their hosts: we neither sell nor promise them. What we do offer is your delegation's entire stay, whose availability is confirmed to you before any commitment.
The details
Passes are sold by the festival's organiser, in the delegate's name, and its conditions prohibit any resale: we sell none, but can arrange their purchase from the organiser, in each delegate's name. Parties held by other companies are by invitation of their host: we neither sell nor promise them. Everything else is real and verifiable: the accommodation, the places to host, the dinners and the transfers.
Cannes Lions is a professional festival of creativity, held in June. The Cannes Film Festival, devoted to cinema, takes place in May in the same Palais. The audiences, the codes and the shape of the week are different.
Much of the week happens outside the Palais: yachts, private beaches, villas and terraces host meetings and receptions. These places are booked months ahead; we offer you what is genuinely available.
You arrive at Nice Côte d'Azur, about 27 km away, or by private jet at Cannes-Mandelieu depending on the size of the aircraft. On the Croisette, walking is often enough; for the villas and dinners in the hinterland, dedicated shuttles and chauffeurs keep to the timetable.
Frequently asked
The organiser announces Cannes Lions 2027 from Monday 21 to Friday 25 June 2027, at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes. The detailed programme — talks, ceremonies, themed forums — is published by the organiser as the festival approaches.
No. The Cannes Film Festival is devoted to cinema and takes place in May. Cannes Lions is a professional festival of creativity and communication, organised in June by LIONS, in the same Palais des Festivals. The audiences, the codes and the way the week is organised are different.
No. Passes are sold by the organiser, are named, and its terms prohibit their resale. TGZ neither sells nor resells any pass: we can arrange their purchase from the organiser, in the name of each delegate, and follow up name changes under the conditions it sets.
It is built element by element, and each one varies with your choices: the villa or hotel and the length of stay (minimum stays are common during the week), the size of the delegation, the number and level of passes, the yacht or privatised beach, the format of the client dinners, the transfers and how early you book. We prepare a bespoke quote; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment.
On the Croisette to be within walking distance of the Palais; in a villa in the Californie or Super-Cannes neighbourhoods to house the team and entertain; on the Cap d'Antibes or in the hinterland, in Mougins for example, for more calm, in exchange for journeys to be arranged. Our guide Where to Stay During Cannes Lions? compares every option.
As soon as possible. The villas, yachts and beaches available for late June often go several months in advance, at the same time as the hotels on the Croisette. A bespoke quote can nevertheless be prepared at any time, subject to availability at the time of the request.

You will keep the encounters. The rest is ours to handle.
Share your dates, the size of your delegation and how you want to host — villa, yacht, beach, client dinners: we build a bespoke quote, discreet and complete, subject to availability.
