Fashion Week stay
The Manhattan address and the logistics, for those who already have their programme.
Start from this format
New York · February 2027
What we arrange
An independent house · no affiliation with the CFDA, the organisers or the designers

New York, 1943
That year, the war had closed the road to the Paris shows. In New York, the publicist Eleanor Lambert gathered the press around American designers: a 'Press Week', the city's first fashion week.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built from your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. Availability and conditions for every service are confirmed before you commit.
Four strands
Four distinct pieces of work, taken separately or together. None of them consists of selling a seat at a show.
Every strand is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is held in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The evening
What an evening of the week looks like, composed by us. The show calendar is only published as the week approaches; the rest is prepared with you.

The evening's looks are waiting in the suite, altered if needed. Hair and make-up are timed to the moment you leave, coat included: February is unforgiving.
The car waits outside the hotel. At rush hour Midtown grinds to a halt; the itinerary already holds the fallback route and the second car.
A table held for you, set apart, in the half-light. The hardest hour of the week to secure.
A private evening created for you, or an after-party as it is confirmed. We only promise what is.
Your chauffeur brings you back along the water, Manhattan lit on the other side. Tomorrow the week resumes; tonight ends when you decide.
Indicative example: every evening is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no show invitation is part of it.

How we work
The same person follows your file from first exchange to final evening.
Address, looks, journeys and evenings are designed together, not stacked.
We tell you early what is realistic, rather than late what never was.
French, English, Spanish — for you and for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or carried by a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house with no official affiliation: we are tied neither to the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), nor to any designer or brand, nor to the organisers of New York Fashion Week shows and events. Shows are professional events attended by nominative invitation, issued by designers and brands and non-transferable: those invitations are not sold, and obtaining one depends on the profile, validated by the houses alone. We sell none of them and promise no access. What we do offer are legitimate routes — presentations, showrooms, private appointments — and the whole of the New York stay, whose availability is confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
Shows are professional events: the invitation is nominative, issued by the designer or the brand, non-transferable. It is not for sale, and we do not sell it. What we organise is real and verifiable: the stay, the looks, private appointments where they are possible, the journeys, the tables and the evenings.
Presentations, showrooms, private boutique appointments on Madison Avenue or in SoHo, the galleries of Chelsea: New York opens wider than people assume during those few days. In recent seasons, shows have also been screened for the public at Rockefeller Center. Many of our clients find those moments more interesting than the twelve minutes of a show.
The CFDA only publishes the calendar a few weeks before the edition, and it still moves afterwards; for February 2027, the exact days are not yet known. So we build the week in two passes: first what does not depend on the calendar — the address, the styling, the evenings — then the days themselves, as soon as the dates settle.
Addresses change every day, crosstown journeys are slow and Midtown locks at rush hour; in February, the cold and sometimes the snow come into it too. A dedicated chauffeur following a timed route sheet solves most of it; a second car takes over on the dense days. It is the line that saves the most appointments, and the one most often underestimated.
Frequently asked
No. The shows on the CFDA calendar are professional, invitation-only events — press, buyers, clients, invited guests — with no public box office. Invitations are nominative, non-transferable and issued by the designers and brands: any "show ticket" offered for sale online deserves the utmost suspicion. In recent seasons, the CFDA has let the public watch shows on screen at Rockefeller Center. TGZ pursues invitations through partners where possible, subject to availability and after review of the client's profile, with no promise. Our guide How to attend New York Fashion Week sets out every route in honestly.
It is built line by line, and each element varies with your choices: the address and category of the suite, or the size of the privatised penthouse or townhouse (minimum stays sometimes apply during the week), the number of days of chauffeur, personal shopping and close protection, private aviation or helicopter transfers, the size of your party and how early you book. We prepare a bespoke quotation; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment. Our guide How much does a VIP New York Fashion Week cost explains what shapes each element.
It depends on the register you seek: the Upper East Side, with The Carlyle, cited by way of illustration; Fifth Avenue and 57th Street, with Aman New York, or Central Park South, with The Plaza; downtown, Casa Cipriani in the Financial District, closer to the shows in SoHo and Tribeca. To entertain in complete privacy, a staffed penthouse or townhouse. Minimum stays sometimes apply during Fashion Week; our guide Where to stay during New York Fashion Week compares each option, location by location.
The shows are spread across Manhattan — lofts and galleries in SoHo and Tribeca, studios in Chelsea or the Meatpacking District, Midtown addresses, by way of illustration — and crosstown traffic is slow. The answer comes down to three words: anticipation, chauffeur, relay. A dedicated chauffeur follows a minute-by-minute route sheet, a second car is held in relay on the dense days, and between close addresses downtown, walking is often quicker. Our guide How to get around during New York Fashion Week compares every solution.
We tell you early and compose a considered plan B: presentations and showroom visits by appointment, private boutique appointments subject to availability, personal shopping with privileged access where conditions allow, dinners at the tables fashion favours and private evenings created for you. Fashion Week is also lived — sometimes better — outside the show venues. Our New York Fashion Week shows & invitations page details the realistic routes in, and our New York Fashion Week after-parties page the alternatives after dark.
As early as possible. The next edition takes place in February 2027; the CFDA publishes its precise dates a few weeks beforehand, and suites, townhouses, experienced chauffeurs and sought-after stylists are taken weeks, often months in advance. Invitation searches, for their part, are cultivated over time and are only ever confirmed subject to availability, after review of the client's profile. A bespoke quotation can nonetheless be prepared at any moment, subject to availability at the time of the request.

You will remember the looks. We take care of the rest.
Share your dates, your wishes and the designers who matter to you — legendary hotel or townhouse, shows where possible, personal shopping, evenings: we will build a discreet, complete and bespoke quotation, subject to availability.
