Paris Fashion Week after-parties: reach them or host your own
Fashion Week nights unfold by invitation — and when the invitation does not come, we create the evening: hôtel particulier, rooftop, privatised table, in complete discretion.
When the lights of the last show go down, Fashion Week begins its second day. For nine days — from 28 September to 6 October 2026 for the Womenswear Spring-Summer 2027 edition — Paris becomes fashion's densest nocturnal stage: house dinners in the salons of the palace hotels, brand parties in the hôtels particuliers of the Marais, privatised rooftops facing the city's skyline, tables that stretch until morning. It is there, as much as in the show venues, that the week's story is written.
Two registers are open to you, and we orchestrate both. The first: reaching the existing evenings — house after-parties, brand dinners, launches — where access remains by invitation, never guaranteed: we position your request with our partners where possible, subject to availability and after review of the client's profile. The second: creating your own evening, in your image — a privatised hôtel particulier, a rooftop, a table held until closing, a post-show dinner for thirty guests — with creative direction, chef, DJ, security and NDAs. In either case, a single point of contact composes, sources and absorbs the logistics; you host.
TGZ Conciergerie is independent: we are affiliated with neither the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), nor the fashion houses, nor the organisers of Paris Fashion Week®, and hold no official status. Invitations to house and brand parties are nominative and are never sold: we pursue them through partners where possible, with no guarantee of access. Venues and addresses are cited by way of illustration, and all rates quoted are indicative, in euros (€), confirmed on quotation.

Your Fashion Week nights, composed to measure
From the house party we pursue on your behalf to the reception we produce in full, these are the five registers we orchestrate — always subject to availability and validation.
House & brand parties
Every edition brings a flowering of house after-parties, brand dinners and launches, from the salons of the palace hotels to the hôtels particuliers of the Marais. These invitations are nominative and are never sold: we position your request with our partners where possible, subject to availability and after review of the client's profile, without ever promising access. Depending on the edition's calendar and your relationship with the houses, we identify the evenings worth pursuing, place the request with the right people and tell you frankly what is realistic — and what is not.
Your own evening in an hôtel particulier
Rather than waiting for an invitation, many of our clients choose to host. We privatise an hôtel particulier — in the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés or on the Right Bank, depending on the format — and produce the entire evening: creative direction and staging, private chef and brigade, DJ or musicians, a dedicated cellar, florist, white-glove service. Production varies considerably with the venue, the date and the ambition of the format: every project receives a detailed quotation, line by line. The finest venues go very early during Fashion Week — the reservation is engaged as far in advance as possible.
Rooftop & post-show dinner
Between the grand reception and the intimate dinner, every format can be composed: a privatised rooftop facing the Paris skyline for a cocktail at sunset, the private salon of a fashion-world table — Loulou facing the Louvre or Girafe facing the Eiffel Tower, by way of illustration — for a post-show dinner, a privatised table that runs late into the night. We set each format against your programme for the day: a post-show dinner is booked around the actual hour of the show, which often shifts — absorbing that is precisely our job.
Creative direction & production
A Fashion Week evening is judged by the story it tells. Our creative direction composes a thread — lighting, staging, music, menu, a dress code announced to your guests — in keeping with your image and the spirit of the week. We manage the nominative invitations and the replies, the list at the door, the photographer if you want one — or their absence if you do not. From the first moodboard to the strike, a single point of contact directs every supplier, while you play your one role: that of host.
Discretion & security
A successful Fashion Week party is one nobody talks about. We frame every reception with a complete protocol: discreet close protection (approximately €1,500 to €3,500 per day and per agent, as an indication), access control and vetted guest lists, NDAs signed by all staff — chef, service, performers, drivers —, phone management if you wish, and choreographed arrivals and departures to avoid any exposure. Your name appears nowhere; the evening remains what it should be: private.
Why entrust your Fashion Week nights to TGZ
An evening during Fashion Week brings together a dozen trades — venue, production, chef, performers, security, transport — in a saturated city where everything is booked far in advance. Our craft is making them hold together: a single point of contact sources the venue, composes the programme, directs the suppliers and coordinates every arrival, including when the preceding show slips by an hour. You approve the intentions; we absorb the logistics, through to the following morning.
TGZ Conciergerie is independent: no affiliation with the FHCM, the fashion houses or the organisers of Paris Fashion Week®, no official status. Invitations to house after-parties are nominative and are never sold: we pursue them through partners where possible, subject to availability and after review of the client's profile, without ever guaranteeing access. That candour is the condition of trust — and when the invitation does not come, the evening we create for you is anything but second choice.
Paris rewards anticipation: the most sought-after hôtels particuliers, rooftops and private salons go long before the week itself. To frame your project, our guide How much does a VIP Paris Fashion Week cost sets out the orders of magnitude, our Paris Fashion Week restaurants guide maps the evening's tables, and our Paris Fashion Week neighbourhoods guide places each scene, from the Triangle d'Or to the Marais. For the rest of the week — palace hotel, shows where possible, shopping —, our Paris Fashion Week VIP page orchestrates the entire stay.
