Three opening matches celebrate the centenary outside the main host countries: Montevideo (Estadio Centenario, Uruguay), Buenos Aires (Estadio Monumental, Argentina) and Asunción (Estadio Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb, Paraguay). These cities host an inaugural celebration, not the whole tournament.
