The three main host countries
Spain, Portugal and Morocco host the bulk of the tournament, from 8 June to 21 July 2030: group stage, knockout bracket and, barring change, the final (whose venue is still to be confirmed by FIFA).
The three centenary opening matches
To celebrate one hundred years since the 1930 edition, three opening matches are played in South America. This is an inaugural celebration, not a sharing of the tournament.
