Host Countries — FIFA World Cup 2030
Roles confirmed — detailed calendar to comeThe centenary edition brings together six countries across two continents, with distinct roles that should not be confused.
Three main hosts stage the bulk of the tournament; three South American nations each host a centenary opening match.
Spain, Portugal, Morocco — the main hosts
The bulk of the tournament — group stage, knockout bracket and, barring change, the final — is held in Spain, Portugal and Morocco, from 8 June to 21 July 2030. This is where our hospitality, hotels and private-aviation service will concentrate.
Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay — the centenary
To mark one hundred years since the inaugural 1930 edition, three opening matches are played in South America: one in Montevideo (where the first final was held), one in Buenos Aires and one in Asunción. These three countries host an opening celebration — they do not host the whole tournament, an essential distinction when planning a trip.
