How to Get to the Monte-Carlo Masters?
A club on the border of Monaco, little parking, a coast busy at match times: helicopter, chauffeur or train, every arrival needs planning.

The Monte-Carlo Country Club stands at 155 avenue Princesse Grace, in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, east of Monaco. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, the nearest, is some twenty kilometres away; the helicopter reaches the Monaco heliport in around seven minutes. During the tournament, a temporary train stop, “Monte-Carlo Country Club”, opens between the Monaco and Roquebrune stations, a few hundred metres from the entrances; the Principality's buses are free on presentation of the day's ticket. By car, the organiser advises parking well away from the site, at the Salines car park, linked to the club by free shuttles. With a chauffeur, the essential thing is to anticipate traffic at match times.
The overall answer: little space, many people
The Country Club is built on the hillside, on the edge of Monaco, and its approaches offer little parking. The organiser says so plainly: it is better to leave your car well away from the site and finish by shuttle, bus or train. The site opens each day at 9.30am; crowds build in the late morning and as the last matches end.
The right arrival is therefore not necessarily the fastest on paper, but the one you can count on. We coordinate everything, from your point of departure to the entrance of the site, with margins.

By plane and by helicopter
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, some twenty kilometres away, receives scheduled flights and business aviation. From there, the helicopter reaches the Monaco heliport in around seven minutes, according to the organiser, with a ground transfer on arrival; a chauffeur then takes you to the Country Club in a few minutes.
For the final weekend, slots should be planned early. The helicopter depends on the weather: we always plan an option by road.
By car with a chauffeur
From Nice, the A8 motorway leads to Monaco via exit 56; from Menton or Italy, via exit 58, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. For spectators driving themselves, the organiser recommends the Salines car park, with a special tournament rate and free shuttles to the club.
A dedicated chauffeur remains the simple way to live the day: departure timed to the matches you have in mind, drop-off as close as possible to the entrances, return when you decide. The Court Rainier III boxes include access to parking, under the organiser's conditions.

By train and by bus
During the tournament, regional trains serve a temporary stop, “Monte-Carlo Country Club”, between the Monaco and Roquebrune stations; it lies a few hundred metres from the entrances, but is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. From Monaco station, the Principality's buses serve the site, free of charge on presentation of the day's tennis ticket.
Bus line 600 also links Nice and Menton to Monaco, with a stop at Saint-Roman, in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. For those staying in Nice, the train avoids the coast road at busy times.
| Option | Strengths | To plan for |
|---|---|---|
| Helicopter — from Nice airport to the Monaco heliport | Around seven minutes, avoids the coast | Slots, weather, a road option as fallback, transfer to the club |
| Car with chauffeur | Door to door, return at your chosen time | Traffic at match times, scarce parking |
| Train — Monte-Carlo Country Club temporary stop | Regular, a few hundred metres from the entrances | No access for people with reduced mobility |
| Principality buses or line 600 | Free in Monaco with the day's ticket | Crowds at peak times |
The return, and the days without tennis
Leaving the site is final: it is better to time your arrival to the matches that matter to you, then stay to the end. Departures are concentrated at the end of the last matches; a chauffeur waiting for you at a set time avoids the queue.
On other days, the same chauffeur takes you to Monte-Carlo, along the Moyenne Corniche, to Èze or to Menton. Our guide Where to Stay for the Monte-Carlo Masters? explains how the choice of address removes a good share of the journeys.
