Events & shows in Dubai: the great occasions

The Coca-Cola Arena at the heart of City Walk hosts major international tours, and the season's residencies and festivals draw DJs and headliners from across the globe. Sought-after boxes and VIP suites often go before the public announcement.

We ask for the private suite, the VIP box and backstage access subject to the production, with dedicated service, dining and a car waiting at the exit. A meet with the artist, where possible, is negotiated case by case; we tell you when it isn't possible.

Each spring, the Meydan racecourse hosts the Dubai World Cup, a race whose purse ranks among the highest in the world, in a spectacular grandstand setting. We book for our clients the boxes and hospitality programmes sold by the organiser, facing the finish line, subject to availability.

Dress code, paddock, the parade of horses and of outfits: we prepare the race day down to the last detail, and coordinate arrival and departure in a city in full swing.

Dubai's cultural scene is coming into its own: the Dubai Opera at the foot of the Burj Khalifa programmes opera, ballet and concerts, Art Dubai gathers galleries and collectors from around the world each year, and Dubai's fashion week now runs its own calendar of shows.

A box at the Opera, private previews and openings of Art Dubai before the public, shows and presentations: we ask for invitations subject to the organisers' rules, and compose the run, artists' and collectors' dinners included.

After the show, the night takes over: Ce La Vi's SkyBar on the 54th floor of Address Sky View, the dinner-show at Billionaire on the 61st floor of the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, sunset at WHITE Beach. We ask for your table subject to each house's rules, bottles and dedicated hosts included, and coordinate the car between each stop.
