We reach the island's most private properties, many never publicly listed, and choose by view, capacity, exposure and access to the sea. The contract and all services are handled by us; July and August book very far ahead.
The crew that brings the villa to life
A Mykonos villa is run like a small self-sufficient house. We build the full crew — private chef, housekeeper, butler, on-site concierge and, if needed, security — selected, referenced and briefed on your group and habits before you arrive.
Daily provisioning, the day's catch and island produce, pool and terrace upkeep, service at sunset: the villa is ready and stays that way each day, under our coordination.
The tender, the yacht and the sea
In Mykonos, the sea extends the villa. We attach a tender at the jetty for Psarou, Ftelia or a deserted cove, and charter the yacht by the day — Delos and Rhenia, lunch on board, back at sunset.
Private transfers from the airport or port, cars on site, and coordination between villa, beach and boat: getting around the island flows around the residence.
