Villas & residences in Saint-Tropez: summer, as it should be earned

In Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez, a private, gated domain on the wooded heights facing the bay, on the Ramatuelle hillsides above Pampelonne, toward Les Salins or the Bay of Canoubiers: the peninsula keeps its grand properties for those who know where to look — contemporary villas with infinity pools, exceptional Provençal mas, seafront estates.

We present very private properties, some not publicly listed, and choose by view, capacity, sea access and quiet. Contract, inventory and services are handled by us; high season books months ahead.

A summer at the villa is only as good as the team that runs it. We build the full staff — butler, housekeeper, private chef, driver, nanny — selected, referenced and briefed on your family and habits before you arrive.

The Saint-Tropez market in the morning, the day's catch, Provence rosé served cool, pool and garden upkeep, service beneath the umbrella pines: the house is ready and stays that way each day, under our coordination.

The sea extends the villa. We attach a tender to reach Pampelonne and the calanques, charter the yacht by the day, and coordinate transfers between property, beach and village, at your own pace.

Lunch on the Pampelonne beaches, a starred dinner, a table at Les Caves du Roy, the Hôtel Byblos club, open in season: we ask for these much-contested reservations before you arrive, subject to availability, and tell you when it isn't possible.

From June to September the peninsula lives at full tilt: the grand properties book months ahead, July and August being very tight. We plan ahead for you — and also handle last-minute releases when an address frees up.
