The Hôtel Métropole was built in 1889, a few steps from the Casino, behind a Belle Époque façade. Jacques Garcia designed its interiors — rooms, suites and dining rooms — in warm tones of bronze, ivory and gold, with bathrooms recently redone. The Casino and the gardens are a short walk away, yet the hotel keeps a quiet entrance of its own.
The house has a spa of around 2,000 m² and a heated seawater pool surrounded by an open-air restaurant. Its fine-dining room, Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac, holds two stars in the MICHELIN Guide 2026.
The hotel is more intimate than the large palaces on the square. TGZ books the room or suite you want subject to availability, coordinates the table and treatments, and tells you straight away when a date is full.
