Aman New York opened on 2 August 2022 in the Crown Building, a 1921 tower by Warren & Wetmore at Fifth Avenue and 57th Street. The hotel has eighty-three suites, each with a fireplace, in rooms that pair Japanese restraint with the building's Art Deco heritage.
The spa spans three floors around a 65-foot indoor pool. The restaurants Arva, Italian, and Nama, Japanese, are reserved for hotel guests and Aman Club members; the subterranean jazz club is open to the public. The Michelin Guide awards the hotel three Keys, renewed in 2026.
