Since August 2021 Casa Cipriani has occupied the Battery Maritime Building, the Beaux-Arts ferry terminal at the southern tip of Manhattan, facing the East River. The Cipriani family has created a private club, a jazz café, lounges and, on the upper floors, a forty-seven-room hotel in lacquered mahogany.
The club is reserved for members and their guests; hotel guests also have access. The Michelin Guide awards the hotel three Keys, renewed in the 2026 selection.
TGZ is not affiliated with Cipriani and sells no entry. According to the house's rules, we look for an invitation, a table or a room, which opens the shared spaces; it often works, sometimes not, and we tell you clearly.
