A stay in Paris
The address and the logistics, for a family whose programme is already set.
Start from this format

What we arrange
Independent house · not affiliated with Le Bal or its organiser · no place, no invitation, no application

Paris, 1994
In France, the debutante ball had faded away in 1973. Some twenty years later, Ophélie Renouard conceived a version for today, which she simply called "Le Bal", for the benefit of children's hospitals.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on the programme sent by the organisation.
Each format is assembled to measure. None includes a place, an invitation or an application to the ball. Availability and terms for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four parts
Four distinct areas, which can be taken separately or together. None touches the invitation or the programme of the evening.
Each part is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The day
The evening belongs to the organisation and its guests, and we show nothing of it. Here is what surrounds it for a family, composed by us around the programme sent.

A chauffeur takes your daughter to the last fitting and waits at the door. The gown belongs to the house that dresses her; the journey, the time and the calm are ours to hold.
A treatment at the hotel spa for the mother, a walk for the father, a lie-in for whoever can. Your child's day follows the organisation's programme; yours has no other aim than to be ready.
Hairdressers and make-up artists come up to the suite for the mother, sisters and grandmothers, without crossing the debutante's programme. The father's white tie is waiting, altered the day before by the tailor.
The car waits at the appointed hour, or the lift is enough if the family is staying on site. We promise nothing about the evening: it belongs to those who are invited.
The chauffeur comes back at the agreed hour. Tomorrow, a family lunch, then an unhurried departure; everything is already planned.
An indicative example: each stay is composed to measure around the organisation's programme, nothing is booked in advance, and nothing touches the invitation.

Our way of working
The same person follows your family's stay from the first exchange to the last morning.
We build around the organisation's programme, without ever changing it.
We tell you early what is realistic — and that the invitation never passes through us.
French, English, Spanish — for you as for your relatives.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us. We never name a family.
Parents, brothers and sisters, grandparents: each has their own programme, held with the same care.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are linked neither to Le Bal nor to its organiser, Ophélie Renouard. The debutantes and their escorts are invited by the organiser; one can neither buy a place nor pay to take part, and we offer no place, no invitation, no application and no promise of access. We arrange the stay in Paris of invited families — hotel, journeys, the family's preparation, dinners — whose availability is confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
The debutantes and their escorts are invited by the organiser; one can neither buy a place nor pay to take part. We offer no place, no invitation and no application, and never approach the organisation. What we arrange is real and verifiable: the palace, the journeys, the family's preparation, the dinners, the chauffeur.
Created in 1994 by Ophélie Renouard at the Hôtel de Crillon, Le Bal gives its proceeds to causes chosen at each edition, notably in support of children's hospitals — in 2025, ARCFA, linked to the Necker-Enfants malades hospital, and a children's hospital in New York.
The next edition takes place on Saturday 28 November 2026. The days before follow the organisation's programme — fittings, photo sessions, rehearsals, waltz lessons — sent to the invited families: we set the arrival, the hotel and every journey around this programme.
Each debutante is dressed by a couture or haute couture house, within the framework set by the organisation; the escorts wear white tie. For parents, instructions are sent by the organiser; a tailor and a stylist prepare the family's outfits in advance.
Frequently asked
No. The debutantes and their escorts are invited by the organiser, Ophélie Renouard; one can neither buy a place, nor pay to take part, nor apply through an intermediary. TGZ offers no place, no invitation and no application. If your child is invited, we arrange the family's stay around it. Our guide How Le Bal des Débutantes Works details how it really works.
Saturday 28 November 2026, the date published by the organisation. Le Bal is held every year at the end of November: the previous edition took place on Saturday 29 November 2025. The programme for the days before is communicated by the organiser to the invited families.
In Paris. Recent editions have been held at the Shangri-La Paris, 10 avenue d'Iéna, in the 16th arrondissement, facing the Eiffel Tower; the venue for each edition is confirmed by the organiser to her guests.
As close as possible, at the Shangri-La Paris subject to availability, or in a palace in the 8th or 1st arrondissement — the Plaza Athénée, the George V, Le Bristol, the Ritz Paris, named by way of illustration — a few minutes away by car. Our guide Where to Stay for the Bal des Débutantes compares each option.
It is composed item by item, and each varies with your choices: the address and category of the rooms, the number of nights and of people, the flight, the days of chauffeur, hair and make-up for the family, the tailor, the format of the dinners and the timing of the booking. We prepare a tailored quote, with nothing that touches the ball itself, terms confirmed before any commitment.
No. TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no affiliation to Le Bal or to Ophélie Renouard, and with no official status. That is precisely why we never touch the invitation: we arrange everything around it, which depends on us alone.

The evening belongs to your child. The days around it, we compose for your family.
Tell us who is travelling, your intended dates around 28 November 2026 and what you have in mind — palace, journeys, hair, dinners, chauffeur: we build a tailored proposal, discreet and complete, with nothing that touches the invitation, subject to availability.
