The day on the riverbank
Access and the day itself, for those who already have their address.

What we arrange
An independent house · no affiliation with Henley Royal Regatta

Henley, 1839
In the spring of 1839, the people of Henley met and resolved to hold a regatta every year on their reach of the Thames. The first was rowed that summer, in a single afternoon, over all the open water the reach could offer.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built from your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. Availability, origin and conditions for every service are confirmed before you commit.
Where you will be
The enclosure decides what you see, where you sit and what you wear. You are there with a ticket, a table, a chalet or an island.
Nothing is held in advance. Every option is sourced at your request, from the regatta or authorised partners, and confirmed before you commit.
The day
What a regatta day looks like, composed by us. The races follow one another from morning to evening; the rest is prepared with you.

The blazer is ready, the hat waits on the console, the chauffeur is downstairs. You leave early: the small town fills up from the moment the gates open.
The first races pass in front of the enclosures. For those who wish, the arrival is by water, once a mooring has been confirmed.
A table at the riverside restaurant, or your chalet, depending on what has been confirmed for you. Then the bank, in time for the races that matter.
A private dinner at the house, or a table held for you in the countryside or in London. A reservation made weeks in advance.
The return is unhurried. Tomorrow, more racing; tonight ends when you decide.
Indicative example: every day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and tickets and hospitality are sourced on request, never resold.

How we work
The same person follows your file from the first conversation to the last evening.
Access, address, journeys and attire are thought through together, not stacked.
We tell you early what is realistic, including when a door stays closed.
French, English, Spanish — for you as for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or made on behalf of a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are not connected with Henley Royal Regatta, which organises the regatta. We resell no tickets: Regatta Enclosure tickets, the hospitality restaurant, chalets and Temple Island are sourced on request, from the regatta or authorised partners, and their origin and conditions are confirmed to you before any commitment. Stewards' Enclosure membership and its guest badges go through members: we cannot obtain them. We compose the entire stay — accommodation, journeys, chauffeur, attire, evenings — with availability confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
It is reserved for its members and their guests. Membership requires being proposed and seconded by two members, followed by a waiting list that the regatta estimates at four to ten years; guest badges go through members. We can obtain neither membership nor a guest badge. Some of the regatta's hospitality packages offer optional access to the Stewards' Enclosure: we source them on request, subject to availability.
From Tuesday 29 June to Sunday 4 July 2027. The early days offer the greatest number of races and more calm; the weekend brings together the final races, and Sunday ends with the prize-giving.
In the Stewards' Enclosure: a lounge suit, or a jacket or blazer and trousers, with a tie or cravat; a dress or skirt with a hemline below the knee, a jacket and trousers, or a trouser suit; no shorts, leggings, tracksuits or jeans. In the Regatta Enclosure, no code is imposed.
Train from Paddington, chauffeur with drop-off on the A4130, boat when a mooring is booked, helicopter to an authorised landing site: the small town fills up every morning, and the arrival is planned ahead.
Frequently asked
From Tuesday 29 June to Sunday 4 July 2027, at Henley-on-Thames, according to the calendar published by the regatta. Six days of racing; Sunday ends with the prize-giving.
Not through membership or a guest badge: becoming a member requires being proposed and seconded by two members, followed by a waiting list of several years, and guests receive their badge through a member. We can neither obtain it nor work around it. The regatta does, however, state that some of its hospitality packages offer optional access to the Stewards' Enclosure; we source them on request, subject to availability and the published conditions, and the enclosure's dress code applies.
We resell no tickets — the regatta itself states that its tickets are not for resale. When you would like the Regatta Enclosure or a hospitality package, we source it on request, from the regatta or authorised partners, and confirm its origin and conditions before any commitment.
Yes, in the Stewards' Enclosure: a lounge suit, or a jacket or blazer with trousers, and a tie or cravat for gentlemen; a dress or skirt with a hemline below the knee, a jacket or blazer with trousers, or a trouser suit for ladies. The Regatta Enclosure has no dress code. Our guide What Is the Dress Code at Henley Royal Regatta? sets out the rules.
In Henley itself, within walking distance of the enclosures — The Relais Henley, on the banks of the Thames, cited for illustration —, in a country house in Oxfordshire or the Thames Valley, or in London, about an hour away. Rooms in town go early for regatta week.
The stay is composed item by item: the enclosure or hospitality package, the number of days, the chalet and the number of guests, accommodation, the mode of arrival, the days with a chauffeur, attire, and when you book. We prepare a bespoke quotation; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment.

You will remember two boats side by side. The rest is ours to handle.
Tell us your days, how many of you there will be and how you would like to experience the regatta — enclosure, table, chalet, a hotel in town or a country house: we build a bespoke quotation, discreet and complete, subject to availability.
