The address and the logistics, for those whose programme is already set.

What we arrange
Independent house · not affiliated with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art or the evening's organizers

Los Angeles, 2011
That year, the museum on Wilshire Boulevard held, for the first time, an evening bringing art and film together, in the city where the two have always met. Its proceeds support the place the museum gives to film.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. None includes a seat at the evening, which is a matter for the museum. Availability and terms for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four parts
Four distinct undertakings, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of selling a seat at the evening.
Each part is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The evening
The evening belongs to the museum and its guests. Here is how yours is composed, whether you take part or dine elsewhere in the city.

The evening's look waits in the suite, altered if needed. Hair and make-up are timed to the hour of departure; so is a wrap, for November evenings turn cool.
The car waits outside the hotel. Towards the museum along Wilshire Boulevard, or to a table in Beverly Hills: the route was reviewed that very morning.
At the museum, if you have taken a place with it; elsewhere, a table held for you, away from the crowds. The chauffeur waits nearby.
A hotel lounge, or a reception created for your guests in a villa. We promise you only what is confirmed.
The chauffeur brings you back through the hills, the city alight below. Tomorrow the museum reopens; your visit is already planned.
An indicative example: each evening is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no place at the gala is part of it.

Our way of working
The same person follows your request from the first exchange to the last evening.
Address, looks, tables and journeys are considered together, not stacked.
We tell you early what is ours to arrange — and that the evening's tables are a matter for the museum.
French, English, Spanish — for you as for your guests.
Names, figures and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or made by a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, without any official affiliation: we are linked neither to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, nor to the organisers of the LACMA Art+Film Gala, nor to its partners. Tables and seats for the evening are offered by the museum itself, in support of its programmes; we neither sell, resell nor reserve any, and we promise no access. We arrange the stay in Los Angeles around the evening — hotel, dinners, chauffeur, attire, a visit to the museum when it is open to the public — with availability confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
Tables and seats for the evening are offered by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art itself, in support of its programmes; terms and acceptance are for the museum alone to decide. We neither sell, resell nor reserve any, and we promise no seat. We can tell you how to approach the museum, then arrange everything else: the address, the look, the dinners, the journeys.
The 15th edition takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Arriving at least the day before leaves time to absorb the nine-hour time difference with Paris; staying on Sunday or Monday lets you see the museum in daylight — it is closed on Wednesdays.
The museum stands on Wilshire Boulevard, in the Miracle Mile district, which is not a neighbourhood of grand hotels. Beverly Hills, a few kilometres to the west, is the simple address; West Hollywood, just to the north, the address for the evening; Bel Air, the address for calm. A villa with staff suits those who wish to entertain.
Arrivals and departures are concentrated on the campus, and the surrounding streets are very busy. We take this into account in your departure time, the meeting point with your chauffeur and, if you are not attending the evening, the choice of a dinner away from the crowds.
Frequently asked
No. Tables and seats for the evening are offered by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art itself, for the benefit of the museum, which sets the terms and decides on acceptance. We sell none and promise none; we can tell you how to approach the museum, then arrange everything else. Our guide How Do LACMA Art+Film Gala Tables Work? explains how it really works.
The 15th edition will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, on the museum's campus at 5905 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, according to the museum's announcement. For reference, the 14th edition was held on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
Yes. The museum is open to the public every day except Wednesday, with an admission ticket. Since spring 2026, its permanent collections have been shown in the David Geffen Galleries, above Wilshire Boulevard. We arrange the visit at quiet hours — the day after the gala, for instance.
In Beverly Hills, a few miles west of the museum along Wilshire Boulevard; in West Hollywood, just to the north, for the life of the evening; in Bel Air for the calm of a canyon; or in a staffed villa in the hills, for receiving guests. Our guide Where to Stay for the LACMA Art+Film Gala compares each option.
It is composed item by item, and each one varies with your choices: the address and category of the suite or villa, the length of stay, the flight, the days of chauffeur and stylist, the format of the dinners, the size of the party and the timing of the booking. We prepare a tailored quote, with no seat at the evening, terms confirmed before any commitment.
No. TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, without affiliation with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the organisers of the evening or its partners, and with no official status. That is precisely why we never sell the evening: we arrange everything around it, which depends on us alone.

The evening belongs to the museum. The stay around it, we compose for you.
Tell us your dates around November 7, 2026, your wishes — hotel or villa, dinners, chauffeur, styling, museum visit — and the size of your party: we build a tailored quote, discreet and complete, with no seat at the evening, subject to availability.
