Monaco Yacht Show 2027: Stay, Visits and Logistics in Monaco

What we arrange

  • 01A room above the harbour, or a villa
  • 02A ticket in your name, a helicopter from Nice
  • 03Days held together, dinners at night

An independent house · no affiliation with the Monaco Yacht Show, its organiser or any exhibitor

A white yacht cutting across a dark sea, its wake behind it.
Monaco from the air: towers, rooftops and the sea.

Port Hercule, 1991

That year, a brokers' show set up on the quays of Port Hercule, open only to yachts over twenty metres. People came to sell, to charter, to compare.

Three formats

What we organise for your visit.

Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.

Each format is assembled to measure. The ticket is bought from the organiser, in your name, and is never included in a package. Availability and conditions for each service are confirmed before any commitment.

Four areas

What we actually organise.

Four distinct areas of work, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of selling a ticket, an invitation or a yacht.

Each area is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.

The day

From the room to the last dinner.

What a day at the show looks like, arranged by us. Your on-board appointments are set by your broker; the rest, we hold together.

A bright room with tall windows, in the morning light.
Morning
  1. Morning

    The room

An unhurried breakfast, the day's schedule on the table. The quays are a few minutes' walk away.

  2. Ten o'clock

    The pontoons

The first appointment on board, at the time set by your broker. He presents the yacht; we have kept the schedule.

  3. Afternoon

    The pause

Lunch away from the crowd on the quays, then more visits. The car waits as close as it can.

  4. Evening

    Dinner

A table held for you and your guests, in the half-light. It is often there that a project takes shape.

  5. Later

    The way home

A last drink in the salon, then the chauffeur. We only promise what is confirmed.

Indicative example: every day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, no ticket or invitation is sold, and on-board visits are a matter for the exhibitors.

How we work

All you have to do is keep your appointments.

  1. 01

    A single point of contact

The same person follows your file from the first exchange to the last evening.

  2. 02

    No stake in the sale

We are not brokers: we earn nothing on a purchase or a charter.

  3. 03

    Candour from the outset

We tell you early what is realistic, rather than late what was not.

  4. 04

    Trilingual service

French, English, Spanish — for you as for your guests.

  5. 05

    Confidentiality

Names, projects and programmes stay between us.

  6. 06

    Private or corporate

The same care, whether the request is personal or made on behalf of a company.

Your enquiry

Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.

TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are linked neither to the Monaco Yacht Show, nor to its organiser Informa Markets, nor to any exhibitor, shipyard or broker. We are not brokers: we neither sell, charter nor present any yacht, and we do not arrange on-board visits. Tickets are sold by the organiser; its terms prohibit their resale and their inclusion in a package: we neither sell nor resell any, and can arrange their purchase from the organiser, in your name. Evenings and receptions by invitation are a matter for their hosts: we do not sell them and do not promise them. We do, however, offer your entire stay, the availability of which is confirmed to you before any commitment.

Your enquiry

Your enquiry is read by one team. Never resold, never added to a mailing list. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The detail

What to know before you ask.

Tickets are sold by the organiser, online only; its terms prohibit their resale and their inclusion in a package: we sell none, but can arrange their purchase from the organiser, in your name. The opening evening and exhibitors' receptions are held by invitation: we do not sell them and do not promise them. The rest is real and verifiable: the accommodation, the journeys, the dinners, the days.

The yachts on display can be visited by appointment only, set with the exhibitor and at its discretion. That is the role of your broker, or yours with the exhibitors. TGZ is not a broker: we organise your days around these appointments.

On Wednesday 22 September, access is reserved for exhibitors' guests and certain VIP options from the organiser; the show is open to all ticket holders from Thursday to Saturday.

You arrive at Nice Côte d'Azur airport, around twenty kilometres away; the helicopter reaches Monaco in about seven minutes. On the quays, everything is done on foot; for the hotel, the dinners and the departures, a dedicated chauffeur keeps to the schedule.

No. Tickets are sold by the organiser, online only, and its terms prohibit both their resale and their inclusion in a package: we can arrange their purchase from the organiser, in your name. We are not brokers: we neither sell, charter nor present any yacht.

No. Visits are by appointment only, set with the exhibitor — shipyard or broker — and at its discretion. Your broker takes care of them, or you book them directly. We organise everything around them: timings, journeys, breaks, dinners.

It is built element by element, and each one varies with your choices: the hotel or villa and the length of stay, the number of people, the ticket option bought from the organiser, the helicopter or jet, the chauffeur, the dinners and how early you book. We prepare a bespoke quote; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment.

In Monte-Carlo, to be within walking distance of the quays: the Hôtel Hermitage overlooks Port Hercule, the Hôtel de Paris and the Hôtel Métropole are a few minutes from Place du Casino. A staffed villa on the Riviera suits a group, in exchange for journeys to be arranged. Our guide Where to Stay During the Monaco Yacht Show? compares every option.

As soon as your visit takes shape. Rooms close to the port and helicopter slots are booked early for late September. The organiser's 2027 ticketing is not yet open: we arrange the purchase in your name as soon as it opens. A quote can be prepared at any time, subject to availability.

You will talk yachts with your broker. The rest is ours to handle.

Share your dates, the number of people and how you want to spend these days — palace hotel or villa, helicopter, dinners: we build a bespoke quote, discreet and complete, subject to availability.
