London, 2000
To mark its thirtieth year, a small gallery in Kensington Gardens commissioned a temporary structure, a tent of sorts, for its benefit dinner. It was meant to serve for one evening; it stayed open until September.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. None includes access to the Summer Party. Availability and terms for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four parts
Four distinct undertakings, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of entering the evening.
Each part is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The evening
The evening takes place in the gardens, among its guests. Here is what your own looks like, composed by us, on the other side of the park.

Before the crowds, the year's Pavilion and the galleries, free to enter. The paths are still quiet; the chauffeur waits at the gate.
The evening's look waits in the suite, altered if needed, with shoes that do not fear the grass. A wrap is set aside for the cool of the evening.
In late June, daylight lingers. The car waits outside the hotel; the route skirts Park Lane when it fills.
A table held for you in Mayfair, or a chef in your house. That night, the whole city wants to dine; yours was reserved long ago.
The way home is unhurried, along the sleeping park. We promise you only what is confirmed; this night ends when you decide.
An indicative example: each evening is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no access to the Summer Party is part of it.

Our way of working
The same person follows your request from the first exchange to the last evening.
Address, attire, tables and journeys are considered together, not stacked.
We tell you early what is realistic — and that the evening itself cannot be booked.
French, English, Spanish — for you as for your guests.
Names, figures and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or made by a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are not linked to the Serpentine (Serpentine Galleries), the Royal Parks or any of their partners. The Serpentine Summer Party is a fundraising evening by invitation, access to which rests with the Serpentine alone; no place is sold to the public, and we neither sell any nor promise access. We arrange the stay in London around the evening — hotel, tables, private dinner, attire, a visit to the Pavilion when it is open to the public — with availability confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
The Summer Party is the Serpentine's fundraising evening, by invitation: the Serpentine states that its Patrons and the members of its International Council have access to it, and no place is sold to the public. We sell no access and promise no invitation. What we arrange is real and verifiable: the hotel, the attire, the tables, the private dinner, the visit to the Pavilion.
Since 2000, the Serpentine has invited an architect each summer to design a temporary pavilion, built on its lawn. It is open to all, free of charge, from early June to late October: from 6 June to 25 October in 2026, from 10 am to 6 pm. The 2027 architect has not yet been announced; we set your visit from the opening.
The most recent editions were held on a Tuesday in late June. The Serpentine has not yet published the 2027 date; we follow it and build the stay in two stages: first what does not depend on it — the hotel, the journey, the stylist — then the evenings themselves, once it is published.
The evening takes place in the gardens, around the Pavilion and on the gallery lawn. We take this into account in the attire — shoes suited to the grass, a layer for the cool of the evening —, in the timing of dinners and in the journeys: the car drops you as close as possible and waits for the return.
Frequently asked
No. The Summer Party is the Serpentine's fundraising evening, by invitation. The Serpentine states that its Patrons and the members of its International Council have access to it: this is a supporting relationship formed directly with the institution, not a place that can be bought. TGZ provides no access; we arrange the London stay around the evening. Our guide How the Serpentine Summer Party Invitation Works details how it really works.
As of 5 October 2026, the Serpentine has not published it. The latest editions took place on a Tuesday in late June: 25 June 2024, 24 June 2025 and 23 June 2026. The evening is expected in June 2027; we first build what does not depend on it — hotel, journey, stylist — then the evenings themselves once it is confirmed.
Yes. The Serpentine Pavilion is open to the public, free of charge, from early June to late October, on the lawn of Serpentine South in Kensington Gardens: from 6 June to 25 October in 2026. It is the simplest way to see what the evening celebrates. We arrange the visit at the quietest hours.
Around Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens: in Kensington, with The Milestone, facing the gardens; in Knightsbridge, with the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park or The Berkeley; in Mayfair, with The Dorchester, Claridge's or The Connaught, named by way of illustration. A private house with staff suits those who wish to receive guests. Our guide Where to Stay for the Serpentine Summer Party compares each neighbourhood.
It is composed item by item, and each varies with your choices: the address and category of the suite, the length of stay, the Eurostar or a private flight, the days of chauffeur and stylist, the format of the dinners and the private evening, the size of the group and the timing of the booking. We prepare a tailored quote, without access to the evening, with terms confirmed before any commitment.
No. TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no affiliation to the Serpentine (Serpentine Galleries), The Royal Parks or their partners, and no official status. That is precisely why we never promise the evening: we arrange everything around it, which depends on us alone.

The evening belongs to the Serpentine. The stay around it, we compose for you.
Tell us your intended dates in June 2027, what you have in mind — hotel, tables, private dinner, attire, Pavilion visit — and the number of guests: we build a tailored, discreet and complete proposal, without access to the evening, subject to availability.
