A business jet above a sea of clouds.

St. Moritz, 1985

The night before the first match, a storm had buried the lake under nearly a metre of snow. The field was cleared through the night and, on 26 January, players from Munich, Paris and Geneva played polo on snow for the first time.

Three formats

What we compose around the tournament.

Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built from your brief.

Each format is assembled to measure. Availability and conditions for every service are confirmed before you commit.

Four strands

What we actually organise.

Four distinct pieces of work, taken separately or together. None of them consists of reselling a ticket.

Every strand is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is held in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.

The day

From the lake to the last table.

What a day of the tournament looks like, composed by us. The matches are played in daylight; the rest is prepared with you.

A bright bedroom, an upholstered headboard, light through tall windows.
Morning
  1. Morning

    The room

Breakfast arrives at the hour you set, the day's layers are laid out, the chauffeur waits downstairs. The lake is a few minutes away.

  2. Midday

    Lunch

Between two matches, a warm table — in the tent or elsewhere, depending on the places confirmed for you. Then the grandstand, the blanket, the game.

  3. Late afternoon

    The spa

After hours on the ice, the body asks for warmth. A treatment booked at the hotel, before getting ready for the evening.

  4. Evening

    Dinner

A table held for you in the village, or a private dinner at the chalet, chef and cellar included. A reservation made weeks in advance.

  5. The night

    The lake

The village lights up above the ice. Tomorrow, the final; tonight ends when you decide.

Indicative example: every day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and places are sourced on request, never resold.

How we work

All you have to do is watch the game.

  1. 01

    One point of contact

The same person follows your file from the first exchange to the last evening.

  2. 02

    End-to-end coordination

Address, arrival, places, chauffeur and dinners are thought through together, not stacked.

  3. 03

    Candour up front

We tell you early what is realistic, including when an evening remains by invitation only.

  4. 04

    Trilingual service

French, English, Spanish — for you and for your guests.

  5. 05

    Confidentiality

Names, sums and programmes stay between us.

  6. 06

    Private or corporate

The same care, whether the request is personal or comes from a company.

Your enquiry

Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.

TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house with no official affiliation: we are tied neither to Evviva Polo St. Moritz AG, organiser of the Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz, nor to the teams, players or partners of the tournament. We resell no tickets: grandstand, VIP tent or gala dinner places are sourced on request, and their origin and conditions are confirmed to you before any commitment. Invitation-only evenings are not for sale and we sell none of them. We compose the whole stay — accommodation, arrival, chauffeur, tables, private dinners — whose availability is confirmed to you before any commitment.

Your enquiry

Your enquiry is read by one team. Never resold, never added to a mailing list. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The detail

What to know before you ask.

The organiser sells general admission, grandstand places, VIP tickets and tickets for Saturday's gala dinner. We resell no tickets: we source places on request, origin and conditions confirmed before any commitment. The players' presentation, the partner dinners and the after-party outside the gala ticket are by invitation only; we sell none of them.

Thursday 21 January, practice matches with free entry; Friday, three matches and a ranking; Saturday, matches, the Schlitteda and the black-tie gala; Sunday, the final at 14:30. Many arrive on Thursday to live all three days without hurry.

Engadin Airport at Samedan receives business aviation a few kilometres from the village; Zurich is linked by train with a change at Chur. In late January, every arrival is planned with a fallback, as mountain weather can delay a flight.

You spend several hours outdoors, in dry cold and often in sunshine: a long coat, warm layers, non-slip snow boots, sunglasses. Saturday's gala dinner is black tie.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions

The 42nd edition takes place from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 January 2027, on the frozen lake of St. Moritz, according to the programme published by the organiser. A day of practice matches is held on Thursday 21 January. Play takes place during the day; the final is scheduled for Sunday afternoon.

We resell no tickets. When you would like a grandstand seat, a place in the VIP tent or at the gala dinner, we source it on request, subject to availability, and confirm its origin and conditions before any commitment. The organiser sells its own tickets; depending on your programme, going to it directly may be simpler, and we will tell you so.

Not all of them. Saturday's gala dinner is ticketed, in black tie. The after-party, the partners' dinners and the players' presentation are by invitation only: we sell no invitations. What we do arrange are the evenings around them — tables, a private dinner at the chalet, a reserved salon — subject to availability.

Through Engadin Airport, in Samedan, a few kilometres from the village, reserved for business and general aviation. Lying more than 1,700 metres above sea level, it calls for crews used to mountain flying and for slots planned early on the tournament weekend. We coordinate the flight, the welcome and the transfer, with a fallback plan should the weather require it.

In the village, close to the lake, in one of St. Moritz's grand hotels — the Kulm Hotel, Badrutt's Palace or the Carlton, cited for illustration — or in a staffed chalet in St. Moritz, Champfèr or Celerina. Minimum stays are common that weekend. Our guide Where to Stay for the Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz? compares each option.

The stay is composed item by item: the suite category or the size of the chalet, the number of nights, the mode of arrival, the days with a chauffeur, the seating option chosen, private dinners, the size of the group and when you book. We prepare a bespoke quotation; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment.

You will keep the lake in mind. The rest is ours to handle.

Tell us your dates, how many of you there will be and how you would like to experience the tournament — palace or chalet, seats by the lake, dinners: we build a bespoke quotation, discreet and complete, subject to availability.
