Start from this format
Maastricht · 11 – 18 March 2027
What we arrange
An independent house · no affiliation with TEFAF or the exhibitors

Maastricht, 1988
That year, dealers in art and antiques, whose fairs had already drawn together, opened a new fair at the MECC, on the edge of Maastricht, under the aegis of a foundation. There were eighty-nine of them, most of them Dutch.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. Availability and conditions for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four areas
Four distinct areas of work, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of selling an invitation.
Each area is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The day
What a fair day looks like, composed by us. The evenings only take shape as the fair approaches; the rest is prepared with you.

March light on the rooftops, the day's programme on the table. Your chauffeur waits downstairs; the fair opens at 11 a.m.
Dropped off at the MECC, coat left at the cloakroom. The stands are taken slowly, from old painting to jewel; lunch waits, booked away from the crowd.
Back to the centre: a Romanesque basilica, a museum on the banks of the Maas, the lanes of the Jekerkwartier. The itinerary has already decided.
A table held for you, set apart, in the half-light. During the fair, often the first thing to be booked.
An exhibitor's dinner if the invitation is confirmed, or an evening created for you in a private salon. We only promise what is.
Indicative example: every day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no invitation is part of it.

How we work
The same person follows your file from the first exchange to the last evening.
Address, fair days, journeys and evenings are planned together, not stacked one on another.
We tell you early what is realistic, rather than late what was not.
French, English, Spanish — for you and for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or made on behalf of a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are linked neither to TEFAF (The European Fine Art Foundation), which organises the fair, nor to MECC Maastricht, nor to the exhibiting dealers, nor to the fair's partners. Invitations to the preview days are issued by TEFAF and by exhibitors: they are neither sold nor guaranteed, and we sell none. Tickets are sold by TEFAF; we can arrange their purchase in your name, subject to availability, without resale. Dinners and receptions by invitation are a matter for their hosts: we can pass on a request, without promise. We do, however, offer the entire stay, whose availability is confirmed to you before any commitment.
The details
The preview days, on 11 and 12 March 2027, are reserved for guests of TEFAF and of the exhibitors: these invitations are not for sale, and we sell none. Tickets for the public days, from 13 to 18 March, are sold by TEFAF itself, on its website; we arrange their purchase in your name where possible, and never resell a ticket. Everything else is real and verifiable: the stay, the days, the journeys, the tables and the evenings.
Old Master paintings, antiquities, arts of Africa and Oceania, decorative arts, jewellery, modern and contemporary art, design, works on paper: more than 260 dealers from some twenty countries, and committees of experts who examine every work before the opening. We compose your days around what matters to you.
The fair is open to the public from Saturday 13 to Thursday 18 March 2027, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The weekend is often the busiest; weekdays leave more room in front of the works. We build the stay starting from your type of access, then place the city and the evenings around it.
Maastricht is a city on a human scale: during the fair, the fine rooms in the centre and on the nearby estates go early. It is best to plan from the autumn; we tell you plainly what remains, at any time.
Frequently asked
According to TEFAF, the fair is held at MECC Maastricht with two invitation-only preview days, Thursday 11 and Friday 12 March 2027, then days open to the public from Saturday 13 to Thursday 18 March, every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is the fortieth edition.
No. The preview days are reserved for guests of TEFAF and of the exhibiting dealers — collectors, curators, professionals, press. These invitations are not for sale: any offer of "preview access" for sale should be treated with suspicion. TEFAF does, however, sell tickets for the public days on its own website. TGZ sells no invitations; we arrange the purchase of tickets in your name where possible. Our guide How to Attend TEFAF Maastricht? sets out each route.
It is composed item by item, and each varies with your choices: the address and category of the room, suite or estate (minimum stays are common during the fair), the length of stay, the train, commercial flight or private jet, the number of chauffeur days, the format of dinners and private evenings, the size of the party and the timing of the booking. We draw up a bespoke quote; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment.
In the old town, to do everything on foot in the evening; in Wyck, on the other bank of the Maas, near the station; or on an estate in the nearby countryside, some twenty minutes from the MECC. Our guide Where to Stay During TEFAF Maastricht? compares each option.
From Paris, the Eurostar links the Gare du Nord to Liège in a little over two hours, then the train or a chauffeur reaches Maastricht in around forty minutes. By private jet, Maastricht Aachen Airport handles business aviation some fifteen minutes from the MECC. Locally, Maastricht-Randwyck station is 250 metres from the fair. Our guide How to Get to TEFAF Maastricht? sets out each option.
From the autumn. TEFAF's ticket shop opens in mid-October, and the fine rooms in Maastricht and the surrounding area go early for mid-March. We tell you plainly, at any time, what is still possible.

You will keep the works in mind. The rest is ours to handle.
Share your dates, your wishes and the days that matter to you — the fair, the city, the museums, the evenings: we build a bespoke quote, discreet and complete, subject to availability.
