The Italian restaurant of Hôtel Byblos has changed its name: Cucina has closed, and Il Giardino now serves in the evening, facing the pool, beneath a pergola covered in greenery. The Byblos sits in the heart of the village, on avenue Paul Signac.
Chef Nicola Canuti cooks Italian dishes drawn from regional recipes and revisited with restraint: house-made pasta, cotoletta milanese, fish from the coast. Part of the vegetables and herbs come from the hotel's own kitchen garden.
The restaurant welcomes outside guests by reservation. TGZ, an independent house, handles the request and often finds a table, according to the house's rules; August evenings are the most sought after, and we tell you if the room is full.
