Hotel Byblos
Hôtel Byblos opened in May 1967 in the heart of the village, on avenue Paul Signac. It was designed as a small Mediterranean village: colourful facades, patios and inner lanes around the pool.
It houses a Sisley spa, Il Giardino, the Italian table beneath the pergola that succeeded Cucina, and Les Caves du Roy, the hotel's nightclub. For 2026 the house announced new suites designed by Laura Gonzalez and a renovated gym. Since 2025, the hotel no longer appears on the list of Palace-designated hotels.
The Byblos's advantage is its position: everything is on foot, from the harbour to the lanes. TGZ, an independent house, presents your request and often finds the room or suite you want, subject to availability and the house's rules; when the hotel is full, we say so.
