Evenings at the festival
The order and the evenings, for those who already have their address.

What we arrange
An independent house · no affiliation with the Salzburger Festspiele

Salzburg, 1920
On 22 August 1920, on the square before the cathedral, a play was performed in the open air, against the baroque façade. In the aftermath of the war, a poet, a stage director and a composer had wanted, in Mozart's birthplace, a festival where theatre and music would answer one another.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built from your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. Tickets depend on the festival's allocation; availability, origin and conditions for every service are confirmed before you commit.
How to be there
In Salzburg, you enter with a ticket in your own name, bought from the festival. Everything else — the address, the dinner, the evening — is composed around it.
Nothing is held in advance. Tickets are bought from the festival, in your name; everything else is booked at your request and confirmed before you commit.
The day
What a festival day looks like, composed by us. The curtain rises in the evening; the rest is prepared with you.

A walk through the old town before the crowds, or the road to a lake. The days belong to Salzburg and its surroundings.
An hour of quiet, then the evening attire, pressed and ready. The chauffeur waits at the agreed time.
A drop-off outside the halls, thirty minutes before the curtain. Opera, concert or theatre, depending on the tickets obtained in your name.
A table held for you in the old town, or a private dinner. A reservation made weeks in advance.
On foot through the lanes, or by car back to the lake. Tomorrow, another evening; tonight ends when you decide.
Indicative example: every day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and tickets are bought from the festival, in your name, never resold.

How we work
The same person follows your file from the winter programme to the last evening.
Tickets, address, journeys, dinners and attire are thought through together, not stacked.
We tell you early what is realistic, including when an evening is sold out.
French, English, Spanish — for you as for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or made on behalf of a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are not connected with the Salzburger Festspiele, which organise the Salzburg Festival. We resell no tickets: festival tickets are personalised, bought from the festival in the name of the person who will attend, and cannot be transferred without its consent. We prepare the order with you and cannot guarantee any seat for a sold-out performance. We compose the entire stay — accommodation, journeys, chauffeur, attire, dinners — with availability confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
They are personalised without exception: only the person named on the ticket is admitted, with a photo ID, and transfer is prohibited without the festival's consent. We resell no tickets and never buy on a secondary market. We prepare the order with you, placed in your name, and for sold-out evenings we follow the resale run by the festival itself — without promising anything.
The programme is published at the end of the year — on 4 December 2025 for the 2026 edition. Orders are then submitted over a few weeks, all treated equally; direct sales open in spring. The 2027 calendar will be confirmed by the festival.
No written rules: the festival wishes to welcome its audience in festive, elegant evening attire. A dark suit or dinner jacket, an evening or cocktail dress; traditional dress is welcome; premieres are dressier.
The festival recommends arriving thirty minutes early; some productions admit no latecomers. Cars may drop off in the Hofstallgasse an hour before, without parking.
Frequently asked
From Friday 16 July to Sunday 29 August 2027, according to the dates published by the festival. A short programme also takes place at Whitsun, from 14 to 17 May 2027. The summer 2027 programme has not yet been published.
We resell no tickets. Festival tickets are personalised: they are bought from the festival, in the name of the person who will attend, on presentation of an ID. We prepare the order with you — evenings, venues, categories — placed in your name, and compose the stay around it.
The festival itself puts back on sale the tickets returned for sold-out performances. We follow these resales for you, subject to availability, without guaranteeing anything. We never buy on a secondary market: a ticket transferred without the festival's consent may be refused at the door.
No written rules. The festival looks forward to welcoming its audience in festive, elegant evening attire: dinner jacket or dark suit, evening or cocktail dress; traditional dress has long been welcome. Premieres are dressier.
In the old town or on the banks of the Salzach, within walking distance of the halls — the Goldener Hirsch or the Sacher Salzburg, cited for illustration — or in a house by a Salzkammergut lake. Addresses near the Festival District go early for the summer.
The stay is composed item by item: the number of evenings and the seat categories, the length and address of the stay, the mode of arrival, the chauffeur days, the dinners, the attire, and when the booking is made. We prepare a tailored quotation; availability and conditions are confirmed before any commitment.

You will remember the music. The rest is ours to handle.
Tell us your dates, the number of guests and what you wish to hear — opera, concerts, theatre: we prepare the order with you and build a tailored quotation, discreet and complete, subject to availability.
