Monaco, 1948
In the aftermath of the war, on 3 March 1948, the principality founded its own Red Cross. To fund its work for people in vulnerable situations, the society began holding charity evenings.
Three formats
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built on your brief.
Each format is assembled to measure. None includes a place at the gala. Availability and terms for each service are confirmed before any commitment.
Four parts
Four distinct undertakings, which can be taken separately or together. None of them consists of entering the gala.
Each part is composed on request and subject to availability. Nothing is booked in advance, nothing is sold from a catalogue.
The day
Whether you hold your place, booked with the organiser, or dine elsewhere that night, here is what your day looks like, composed by us.

The boat leaves port early, before the heat. A swim at anchor, a light lunch on board; the return is timed to the hour of preparation, not to the sun.
The dinner jacket and the evening gown wait in the suite, altered if needed. Hair and make-up are timed to the hour of departure; the stylist stays until the door.
The car waits outside the hotel. It drops you at the Sporting, on Avenue Princesse-Grace, as the doors open — or takes you to a terrace facing the sea, if the evening is spent elsewhere.
At the gala, the evening belongs to the organiser. Elsewhere, a table held for you, set apart; in July the whole town wants to dine outdoors, and yours was reserved long ago.
The chauffeur waits for the end of the night rather than a fixed time. A last drink in the hotel lounge; tomorrow, the boat leaves again at the hour you choose.
An indicative example: each day is composed to measure, nothing is booked in advance, and no place at the gala is part of it.

Our way of working
The same person follows your request from the first exchange to the last evening.
Address, sea, tables and evening looks are considered together, not stacked.
We tell you early what is realistic — and that a place at the gala rests with the organiser.
French, English, Spanish — for you as for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or comes from a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no official affiliation: we are connected neither to the Monaco Red Cross, nor to the Prince's Palace, nor to Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. The Monaco Red Cross Gala is a benefit evening whose places are offered by the organiser to its donors; we sell none, book no table on your behalf and promise no access. We arrange the stay in Monaco around the evening — hotel, sea, tables, evening looks, transfers — with availability confirmed to you before any commitment.
The detail
The gala is the benefit evening of the Monaco Red Cross: its places are offered by the organiser to its donors, through the booking service of the Société des Bains de Mer, and their allocation is the organiser's alone. We sell no place, book no table on your behalf and promise no access. What we arrange is real and verifiable: the hotel, the sea, the tables, the evening looks, the transfers.
The gala is held in mid-July: on 12 July in 2025, on 18 July in 2026. The organiser has not yet published the 2027 date; we build the stay in two stages: first what does not depend on it — the hotel, the flight, the boat — then the evening itself, as soon as it is announced.
Dinner jacket (black tie) required and evening gown, according to the information published for 2026. In the middle of July, light fabrics and careful alterations make the difference; our stylist prepares the looks before you arrive.
The Sporting Monte-Carlo welcomes around eight hundred guests, on avenue Princesse-Grace, and the night often carries on at Jimmy'z. We take this into account in the timing of your journeys and the choice of chauffeur; if you are not attending the gala, a table on a terrace facing the sea awaits you that evening.
Frequently asked
No. Places at the gala are offered by the Monaco Red Cross to its donors, through the booking service of the Société des Bains de Mer, and their allocation rests with the organiser. TGZ sells no place and no table and does not book on your behalf; we point you to the published procedure, and arrange the whole stay around it. Our guide How to Attend the Monaco Red Cross Gala explains how it works.
The gala is held every summer, in mid-July: on 19 July in 2024, on Saturday 12 July in 2025, on Saturday 18 July in 2026. As of 5 October 2026, the organiser has not published the 2027 date: the evening will take place in July 2027. We first build what does not depend on it — the hotel, the flight, the boat — then the evening itself as soon as it is announced.
In the Salle des Étoiles at the Sporting Monte-Carlo, on avenue Princesse-Grace, a hall inaugurated in 1974 whose roof can open onto the summer sky. The gala was held on the Place du Casino in 2021 and 2022, before returning to the Salle des Étoiles in 2023.
In Monte-Carlo, to live the stay on foot: the Hôtel de Paris and the Hôtel Hermitage around the Place du Casino and the port, the Hôtel Métropole in the Carré d'Or, named by way of illustration. A villa with staff on the neighbouring coast suits those who wish to receive. Our guide Where to Stay for the Monaco Red Cross Gala compares each option.
It is composed item by item, and each varies with your choices: the address and category of the suite, the length of stay, the flight and the helicopter, the boat and the number of days at sea, the dinners, the stylist, the size of the group and the timing of the booking. We prepare a tailored quote, with no place at the gala, terms confirmed before any commitment.
No. TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no affiliation to the Monaco Red Cross, the Prince's Palace or Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, and no official status. That is precisely why we never promise the evening: we arrange everything around it, which depends on us alone.

The evening belongs to the Monaco Red Cross. The summer around it, we compose for you.
Tell us the dates you have in mind in July 2027, what you would like — grand hotel or villa, a day at sea, tables, evening looks — and the number of guests: we build a tailored proposal, discreet and complete, with no place at the gala, subject to availability.
