Cannes stay
Accommodation and bearings, for those organising the rest themselves.
- A seafront suite or a villa in the hills
- Coordinated arrival from the airport
- TGZ assistance before and during

Palace or villa, a yacht moored off the Croisette, private parties and gala screenings through private invitations — one point of contact composes your twelve festival days.
11 – 22 May 2027 · Cannes, French Riviera
An independent house, with no official affiliation. We organise the stay, the yacht, the receptions and the tables — not invitations to screenings.
Twelve days in May, a town that doubles in size, a bay covered in yachts and nights that run on invitation: Cannes is one of the hardest weeks in Europe to organise, and one of the least well prepared for.
TGZ composes your Cannes stay around the dates you choose — where to sleep, how to move when the seafront is closed, where to host your guests, which tables to hold and at what hour. One point of contact, from first request to final evening.
Three starting points, never three packages. The final composition is built from your brief.

Accommodation and bearings, for those organising the rest themselves.

The stay and the daily logistics, held together.

Twelve days orchestrated end to end, receptions included.
Each format is assembled to measure. What we can obtain and on what terms is confirmed before you commit — and if a wish is not realistic, we say so.
These are not four levels of one product: they are four trades, run in parallel and secured on very different timescales.

Each undertaking is opened on request, never held in advance. What we can obtain and on what terms is confirmed to you before you commit.
You give us your dates and your wishes. We assemble what needs assembling and coordinate the rest.

An indicative composition, to give concrete shape to what we are discussing.
An indicative example, without price or availability. Every stay is composed to measure and receives its own proposal.
The same person follows your file from first request to final evening.
Accommodation, movement, receptions and dining are designed together, not stacked.
We say what we cannot obtain, and propose what genuinely stands up.
French, English, Spanish — for you and for your guests.
Names, amounts and programmes stay between us.
The same care, whether the request is personal or carried by a company.
Tell us about the experience you have in mind. A dedicated concierge will return with confirmable options tailored to your priorities.
TGZ Conciergerie is an independent house, with no affiliation to the Cannes Film Festival or its organisers. Professional accreditation is not sold. Invitations to screenings and to the walk up the steps are nominative, belong to the organisers and can be neither sold nor guaranteed: we do not trade in them. What we organise is the stay, the yacht, private receptions and dining — and when a requested access is not realistic, we propose an alternative that is.
The essentials are here. The silo's guides treat each subject in depth.
Professional accreditation is not for sale: it is issued by the organisers to film and press professionals. Invitations to screenings and to the walk up the steps are nominative, belong to the organisers and can be neither sold nor guaranteed — by us or by anyone. We do not trade in them. When a requested access is not realistic, we say so and propose what is: a reception on board, a private party, a table that same evening.
The seafront puts the Palais minutes away on foot, at the cost of the commotion. The hills and the hinterland give calm and room to host, at the cost of a drive every time you go out. The right choice depends on your evenings, the number of guests and the hour you come home.
Part of the seafront is closed or filtered for twelve days, and traffic hardens in the late afternoon. A dedicated driver, prepared routes and, from a yacht, a tender into town avoid most of the bad surprises. Journeys from the regional airport lengthen considerably in this period.
Berths, staffed villas and seafront suites are worked on months ahead; so are the venues worth hosting in. Nothing is held in advance on our side: every request triggers a search, and we present what genuinely exists before you commit. If it cannot be found, we say so.
No. Official accreditation is reserved for film and press professionals, and invitations to gala screenings are nominative and non-transferable: no ticket is legally sold. TGZ works through legitimate private channels — partners, fashion houses, production companies, brands — to open a seat where possible, subject to availability and eligibility, and never on a firm promise. Our guide How to attend the Cannes Film Festival sets out every route honestly.
As an indication, for May 2027: a Croisette palace suite from €3,000 to €25,000+ per night (minimum stays are common), a villa from €40,000 to €300,000+ per week, a yacht charter from €15,000 to €80,000+ per day, a dedicated chauffeur from €900 to €1,800 per day, and the major charity evenings in five or six figures. All of these orders of magnitude are indicative and confirmed on quotation; our guide How much does a VIP Cannes Film Festival cost breaks them down line by line.
On the Croisette, minutes from the Palais: Carlton Cannes, Hôtel Martinez, Le Majestic or JW Marriott, cited for illustration. In Antibes, the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc remains the address of the great evenings. To entertain in complete privacy, a staffed villa in Super-Cannes, La Californie, Cap d'Antibes or Mougins. Minimum stays are common during the festival; our guide Where to stay during the Cannes Film Festival compares each option, location by location.
Nice Côte d'Azur airport lies around 27 km away — 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic, longer during the festival. Private aviation also uses Cannes-Mandelieu, restricted to smaller aircraft, and the Nice–Cannes helicopter link takes around ten minutes. Cannes railway station is in the town centre. With the Croisette partially closed and saturated, every journey needs planning; our guide How to get to the Cannes Film Festival compares jets, helicopters and chauffeurs, with indicative budgets.
For evening galas at the Grand Théâtre Lumière, evening dress is required: black tie for gentlemen, an evening gown for ladies. By day, elegant attire suffices. Selfies have been forbidden on the steps since 2018. Our personal styling service prepares your wardrobe in advance — fittings in your suite, alterations, accessories — and our Cannes Film Festival dress code guide details the conventions, screening by screening.
As early as possible. The 80th Festival runs from 11 to 22 May 2027, and berths, Croisette suites, Cap d'Antibes villas and dedicated chauffeurs are taken months in advance. Requests for private invitations are cultivated over time and are only ever confirmed subject to availability. A bespoke quotation can nonetheless be prepared at any moment, subject to availability at the time of the request.
Share your dates, the size of your party and your wishes — palace or villa, yacht, parties, screenings where possible: we will build a discreet, complete and bespoke quotation, subject to availability.
